Chapter Forty One

"Let her go!" Allie yelled as I was being held by two big guys, but they didn't budge.

"No audience," the one man said and then I watched as he pulled a gun out and held it to my face.

'...Dammit, danger must be attracted to me...' I thought as I glared at the man.

His finger was on the trigger, there was no regret in his eyes, I watched as he was going to do it, this man was going to shoot me.

"Stop!" I heard and then looked to where it came from.

The man in the white suit, he hadn't said a word since he showed up. He walked over towards me and had the man lower his gun, he spoke in a different language, so I didn't know what he was saying, but his accent reminded me of Geno.

"Very beautiful," his accent was thick, and he spoke with a sly smile on his face as he ran his fingers through my loose curls that fell on the side of my face.

I glared at him, '...He's Russian...'

The man looked at one man and spoke in Russian to him and then looked at another man and told him to take me downstairs in French.

"Je ne vais nulle part," (I'm not going anywhere) I growled and the man looked at me and smirked. The guards kicked the back of my knees and I fell to the ground.

"Ah you speak French," he smirked and then grabbed my hair and pulled my head up and then lowered his head inches away from mine, "Deux personnes peuvent jouer à ce jeu," (Two can play at this game) he laughed and I glared, "Such a hateful face on a beautiful woman," the man said and then stood up and looked at Allie, "I'm afraid that I can't let the this girl go."

"No! Let her go, Julie has nothing to do with this!" Allie yelled and tried to run over towards me, but a man grabbed her and threw her onto the ground.

"Allie!" I yelled as I tried to stand up, but the man held a grip on my shoulder and pushed me back down.

-Sidney-

"Sid man, we checked six different places, I have no clue where they can be," Tyler groaned as we stopped at the gas station to fill up the Rover.

I sighed and then ran my fingers through my hair, "I don't know either," I said as my phone went off and I answered it to see it was Marc, "What's up, Marc?"

"I think we found them!" he said and my head perked up.

"Where?"

"Under the highway by the Consol, there's a pier down here that's not on the maps," Marc said and I sighed.

"Where do we have to go?"

"Go to the Burger King along the river, Kris is gunna take my Suburban there and he'll drive you over to where James and I are at," Marc said and I nudged my head towards Tyler to get back into the car.

"We'll see you in ten," I said and then finished up pumping the gas and got back into the car and told Tyler what Marc said.

We pulled up to the parking lot and I saw Kris leaning against Marc's car.

"Where's Marc and James?" Tyler asked as he looked at Kris.

"They're down there hiding out, I'm showing you where they are," Kris said and I nodded my head.

"Let's go," I said as I opened my door.

"No, we have to walk down," he said and I looked at him strangely, "It'll be too noticeable."

"Where are Geno and Matt?" Tyler asked.

"Right there," Kris said and I turned around to see that Geno and Matt were pulling up.

We waited for Geno to park the car and then the four of us followed Kris. We walked across the street and down this hill to see James and Marc squatting behind a bush and looking at some building down by the pier.

"Where are they?" I asked as the guys and I knelt down next to them.

"Down in there," Marc said and nudged his head towards the building, "Isn't that Allie's car?"

"Yeah," Tyler said and then sighed.

"Trunk opened," Geno said and I growled, "They find Julie."

"Who are they?"

"Don't know, but there's a lot of them," James said and I sighed.

"I can't see anything," Tyler said and I looked around to see if I could move somewhere else to get a better view and without being seen.

Gun shot was heard and my head was back on the building, "Julie!"

"Get down!" Marc growled and pulled me back down while Geno held Tyler, "We don't know what happened!"

"Exactly!" I hissed and looked back towards him.

"Sid, they have guns, we don't!" James said and I was breathing heavily, "This is worse than Kyle."

"Lot of men with big guns," Geno said and i growled.

"We need to get closer," I said and Marc sighed.

"We need to call the cops," Matt said and I looked at him.

"Remember what happened last time we called the cops?!" I said and he sighed and nodded his head.

"Sid! Why do you insist on thinking that we're god damn superheroes! We're hockey players!" Marc said and I looked towards Tyler and he looked at me and nodded his head.

"You guys go," I said and they sighed.

"Like hell we will!" Kris growled and I looked at the building.

"There," Geno said and I looked to see that he was pointing towards a path that led down to the building that was covered by bushes.

"Man, thank god for video games," Matt muttered and I scoffed.

"There's a big difference between a video game and real life," Marc said and I nodded my head.

-Julie-

I cursed loudly and slouched to my knees holding my now bleeding thigh that had a nice bullet hole in it. I was breathing heavily and I knew I was shaking, I've never been shot before, it wasn't fun. Allie called my name but my voice didn't want to work.

"Take her downstairs," the man in the white suit said and I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist and pick me up, "Have some fun while you're at it."

My eyes widened as I realized what he meant and I started to pound on the man's back as he threw me over his shoulder.

"Julie!" Allie yelled and I looked over towards her to see that she was being shoved onto the ground.

I was taking down some dark stairs and looked around to see that it was creepy down here. The man opened a door and then turned on some lights and walked forward. I felt myself being thrown down onto a bed and I looked up to see the guy was standing over me.

-Allie-

I was in big trouble, Julie was in big trouble and this was all my fault, I should have never came here. If I never came here, this wouldn't be happening, Julie would have never got shot and whatever they're doing to her down there, I wouldn't be in this mess, and I wouldn't have put the guys at risk, because I know that they're looking for us.

I'm not stupid, I know that my cell phone was in the front, and when they phone it in the trunk, I knew that Julie had contacted the boys.

A while ago, after the whole Kyle incident, Julie's lawyer had told us that they might not have enough against Kyle to put him in jail, and I wanted that man to sit in prison. So I did a stupid move and I went to some bad people and got the situation handled, but for a large sum of money.

I had that money, but they weren't going to accept it, because I had to open my mouth and make the situation even worse. I had to say that Sidney Crosby was her boyfriend, I had just screwed myself and everyone I cared about.

Boris, was the head of this group, I didn't know what they were, mafia, I didn't know, but he was the leader, and he was bad news. He must of been a hockey buff, because when I said Sidney's name, he laughed, and I saw the turning gears in his head and the light bulb come on.

This wasn't good at all.
