Chapter Fifty Four

-Julie-

"Hi baby!" my mom yelled as she ran out of the house and hugged me tight.

"Hi mom," I smiled brightly and hugged her back.

"There's my gorgeous grandson!" mom yelled and I laughed and watched as she bent down to hug Josh.

I heard Sidney walk up behind me and turned to smile at him, he leaned in and kissed my cheek, and I felt his hand on my hip.

"Sidney! How are you sweetie?!" my mom asked as she kissed Sidney's cheek and hugged him.

"I'm fine, how are you?"

"Better now that you brought my daughter back," mom said and we laughed, "Come in, come in!"

I helped Sidney pick up the bags and we walked into the house, mom told us to head up to our room and said that Josh could have Andrea's old room.

"Andy's not here?" I asked and my mom shook her head.

"She's helping your Sandra around the farm and she'll be gone all summer," mom said and I nodded my head, "You should stop by and see her, she doesn't know that you're in."

"All right, we'll take a drive down one day," I said as we walked up the stairs. Sidney walked into the room first and then laid the bags on the ground, next to the bed. I saw Josh walk into the room and I placed my hand on his head, "Come on sweetie, I'll show you your room."

"I'm not staying with you or daddy?" Josh asked and I shook my head no.

"You get your own room this time," I smiled and then walked him into my sister's room.

"Cool," he said and then ran over towards the bed, "Come on, Sasha!" Sasha ran into the room and jumped onto the bed, next to Josh and started to lick his face, "Mommy, I'm tired."

"Get some sleep, baby," I said as I walked over towards him and kissed his head, "Love you."

"Love you too."

I walked out of the room and headed back into my room. I saw that Sidney was laying on the bed, I smirked when I saw him laying on his stomach with his arms tucked underneath the pillow. I knew he was still awake, so I closed the door and walked over towards the bed and climbed onto his bed.

"What are you doing?" he laughed and I leaned down to kiss his cheek.

I slid to the bed and he turned over to look at me, "Hi," I smiled and he pressed his lips onto mine and then climbed on top of me.

I laughed as his hands found their way under my shirt and I felt him start to kiss my neck. There was a knock at the door and Sidney rolled off of my, his hand still on my stomach. The door opened and my mom looked in and smiled towards me.

"Julie."

"Yeah mom," I said and then sat up and looked to see her smiling towards me.

"Your father will be home from work in a few hours, would you like to help me with dinner? I'm going to make your favorite," she said and I smiled and nodded my head.

"I'm gunna take a nap," Sidney said and I nodded my head and kissed his cheek.

I got up out of bed and then heard Sidney roll over onto his side as I shut the light off. I walked with my mom out into the hallway and then heard Josh coming out of his room with Sasha behind him.

"What's up buddy?" I asked as I headed towards the stairs.

"Where's daddy?" Josh asked and I pointed towards the room.

Josh opened the door and he and Sasha walked in. I looked over towards me mom how walked passed me and looked into the room. I saw a smile appear on her face and I walked over to see that Josh had climbed up onto the bed and laid down next to Sidney, Sasha jumping onto the bed and crawling in-between the two.

"Cute," mom said and then shut the door and we headed downstairs, "So Josh calls him dad?"

"Yeah, Sidney's more of a father to Josh than Kyle ever was," I said and saw my mom nod her head.

"I'm happy for you Julie, you deserve some happiness," she said and I smiled towards her.

"Thanks," I said and we walked into the kitchen to start on dinner.

-Sidney-

I woke up to see that Josh was laying next to me. I smirked when I saw that he was asleep, I looked down to see that Sasha had her head on my back, and I moved a little and saw her look at me. She inched forward, sticking her head out and started to lick my face.

"Come on, stop," I muttered as I pulled my head away and then placed my hand on her head. I heard my phone going off and pulled it out of my pocket to see that it was Tyler calling me, "Hello."

"Hey man, where are you?"

"Um, I'm in Texas."

"What? Why?" he asked and I sat up and leaned against the headboard.

"Because we're visiting Julie's family, why?" I asked as Sasha came over and laid her head on my lap, "What's wrong?"

"Man, you remember that Boris guy?" Tyler asked and I growled.

"Why? What did Allie do now?"

"Man, shut up! This isn't her fault!"

"Tyler, yes it is!"

"Well if your girl never showed up then none of this would have happened!" Tyler yelled and I glared at the bed.

"This isn't Julie fault, Tyler! What the hell do you want?!"

"All right, look, I'm sorry," Tyler said and I sighed, "But the guy's back, he sent one of his guys over to the shop yesterday."

"For what?"

"I don't know, Allie won't tell me," Tyler answered and I ran my hand through my hair.

"This is so messed up, I'm so sick of this guy," I said and then heard Tyler sigh.

"I need your help, Sid. When do you come back?"

"Two weeks," I answered and Tyler groaned.

"All right, we handle this when you come back," he said and I rubbed my face.

"Fine. Tyler, get Allie to open up, we need to know what the asshole is up to," I said and then looked over towards Josh to see that he was still sleeping soundly, "I'm not telling Julie about this."

"Why not, Sid? She needs to know," Tyler said and I sighed.

"She's gone through too much!"

"Sid, you need to tell her, she's at risk."

"Fine, I'll tell her after this vacation, she doesn't need to be worrying about this," I said and then sighed.

"Fine, I'll talk to you later."

"All right, bye, man."

"Bye," Tyler said and then hung up and I placed my phone on the nightstand and groaned.

'...Too much damn drama...' I thought as I heard Josh groan next to me and I looked to see that he was moving to his side and smiling when Sasha crawled up against him.

"Sasha stop," Josh laughed and I smiled when Sasha tried to lick his face.

"You awake?" I asked and Josh looked up towards me and shook his head. I laughed and then ruffled his hair, "Well wake up! I smell food!"

"I'm hungry," Josh said and I smirked.

"Let's go see what your Mom's up to," I said and Josh nodded his head and then jumped up from the bed and headed over towards the door.

Josh and I headed down the stairs and into the kitchen to see that Julie and her mother were cooking something up and I saw her father sitting at the table.

"Hey, you're awake!" Julie said as she walked over and kissed my cheek, "Sleep well?"

"Until Sasha started to lick my face," I said and she laughed.

"Sidney, how are you son?"

"I'm fine, how are you Mr. McHale?"

"Good, good," he said and then bent down to Josh.

I walked over towards the table and sat down watching Julie and wondering what that damn mob guy was up to, '...I thought we heard the last of him, guess I should've known better...'
