Fight For Love
Introduction
"I have to go cater a party in Boston for the weekend," I told my best friend Annlie as I packed my belongings into my car.
"What kind of party?" she asked, her thick Russian accent sounding suspicious.
"I don't know some Bruins Casino Night, I'm not entirey sure what it's all about, I just know it's paying a lot of money. Money which I could really use right now."
"Yeah, I guess. Well, I hope you have fun."
"Oh yeah, I'm sure it'll be a blast serving people that hate my boyfriend's team for what Cooke did to their precious forward."
Laughing she stated, "Yeah, that's true. It will be a wonder if you don't get mugged. Boston is scary you know."
"Annlie, I will be fine. You just worry about yourself and that baby of yours alright?" I said patting her bulging belly, the result of a honeymoon in Cabo with the one and only Evgeni Malkin.
"I will, we'll be waiting for you to get back and you better call me when you get there, so we know auntie Renee is alright," she said smiling at me as she gave me a hug.
"I will, now I really have ot go, I'm running late. Keep an eye on Kris for me when the boys get back in town."
"Always," she said as I got into my Mitsubishi and headed for Interstate 95.

I realize it is an older story and I'm sorry for seeming snarky but it is very frustrating to read these stories, find that they aren't finished and then realize that they probably will never be!
