How AAOOOSC! Got Started!

Antti gripped onto the rail as the elevator rushed down with his eyes shut tight. The elevator came to a sudden stop with a CLANK! and the doors slid open.
"Gorman!" Antti ran over to Tommy, who was still at the same place he last saw him.
Tommy turned around with a frightened look. "Antti, what's wrong?"
"Something weird just happened!"
"Define 'weird'."
"Well, Brian and I were having an argument and I wanted him to be quiet, to be honest, so I blasted my powers at him and he got thrusted into a wall."
"That's what happens when you use your power full-force at someone--"
"Yea, I know, but the weird part was that my powers glowed! The water glowed bright blue! It even glowed for a moment where it hit Brian! My powers never looked like that before...."
"Hmmm..." Tommy was in a deep thinking process for a moment. "Tell me, how did you feel before you struck Brian? Give me adjectives."
"Ummm..." Antti gave a hard thinking look. "I felt...angry...furious...annoyed, oh yes, very annoyed. I just wanted him to leave me alone."
Tommy let out a slow sigh. "Antti, your powers--everyone's powers--are amazing, but...they also come with consequences--with dangers. Your purpose with powers is to defend yourself, defend others, and help others out, that's it. But with a boost of something foreign can make it dangerous: anger. I say that anger is foreign because it's something that is not suppose to be added to powers. It is powerful itself, so when it is mixed with powers, then it can be...more powerful, which is not good especially when it goes into someone--"
"Did I kill Brian?!" Antti made a horrified look.
"No, you did not kill him; Brian will be fine...for now."
"What do you mean by...'for now'?"
"If you strike Brian one more time in anger with your powers at the same place you stuck 'im last time, then..."
"Then..."
"...he'd lose his powers. Forever. And that means that he'd lose his position as the Master of the GHP."
"Ohmygosh, I'm gonna ruin everything for him..." Antti looked at his hands in fear.
"No, you're not. 'Cause you're not gonna do that again, right?"
"So he's fine right now?"
"Yes, it's like nothing had happened to him."
"Okay, good." Antti nodded his head. "I'll try not to do it again--"
"No, you'll not do it again. Trying is not enough."
"Alright..." Antti bit his lip. "...I'll not do it...again."
"Good. So I explained why your powers glowed? It's a sign that anger is powering your powers."
"Yea, thank you..." Antti turned around and began to make his way back to the elevator.
"Oh, and Antti," Tommy called out to him.
Antti turned around. "Yes?"
"Keep up the great work with the Chicago Blackhawks. You won't believe what is waiting for you at the end of your time with them...."

With Antti's team, the Chicago Blackhawks continued winning and making their way into the playoffs and then before they knew it, they were the Western Conference champs and on their way to...the Stanley Cup finals.
