It’s the first part of June. Morgan, Jordan, and James are at the doctor. Today will be the day the three of them have been waiting for. They will find out once and for all if Morgan is carrying two babies with two different fathers. They’re waiting for Morgan’s doctor to show up. Morgan has the look of fear on her face. Jordan and James try to comfort her.

Jordan - Honey, it’s going to be ok.
James - Jordan’s right if we’re both fathers to your babies we’ll get through this.
Morgan - You two have been wonderful through this whole thing. I love you both so much.
Jordan - We know that.
James - And we love you too

Just then Morgan’s doctor comes in the room. She preforms an ultrasound on Morgan’s belly. One is a boy and one is a girl. Morgan asks if she can perform a DNA test on the babies. Her doctors agrees and performs the DNA test. She runs the samples to the lab and puts a rush on the results. A few hours later the doctor comes back in the room and tells Morgan that the babies do indeed have different fathers and that the girl is Jordan’s and the boy is James’s. Morgan, Jordan, and James go have some lunch and then head home. Morgan tells the guys she’s going go take a nap. Jordan agrees to join her. They go upstairs and start cuddling on the bed. Morgan lays her head on Jordan’s shoulder and goes to sleep. Jordan wraps his arm around Morgan and goes to sleep until later that night. Morgan wakes up and gives Jordan a kiss.

Morgan - Jordie bear?
Jordan - Yeah honey?
Morgan - I love you.
Jordan - I love you too honey.
Morgan - So are you ok with the baby news we got today?
Jordan - (Smiles) As long as the babies are healthy that’s what matters.
Morgan - Aww, do you really mean that?
Jordan - Of course I do. The three of us will raise these babies together.
Morgan - So things will be ok?
Jordan - Of course things will be ok. I’ve been thinking and I want to renew our vows before the season starts.
Morgan - You must really love me to want to do that.
Jordan - Of course I do. I love you and want to spend my life with you.
Morgan - Oh Jordan I love you too.
Jordan - I’m going to go get us something to eat.
Morgan - Ok
Jordan - I won’t be gone long ok?
Morgan - Ok

Jordan gives Morgan a kiss and then leaves to get dinner. James comes out of his bedroom and stops in the doorway and smiles.

James - Hard to believe we’re having a baby.
Morgan - I know and it’s wonderful. How are you going to break this news to your parents?
James - I’m going home this weekend and want you to come with me so we can explain to them what happened.
Morgan - Will they be ok with you accidentally getting a married woman pregnant?
James - I honestly don’t know. I’m kind of scared.

Morgan gets up from the bed and comes over to James and wraps her arms around him.

Morgan - It’ll be ok honey. We’ll figure out what to do.
James - You promise?
Morgan - Of course James. If you calmly explain to your parents why we hooked up maybe they’ll understand.
James - I just fear I’ll be judged for having sex with you.
Morgan - I know you’re scared cuz I’m scared too.
James - You don’t seem scared.
Morgan - Believe me James I’m scared. I don’t know how Jordan’s family is going to react either. They may get so mad at him for letting this happen and force our marriage to end.
James - If that happens I will take care of you. I won’t let anything happen to you.
Morgan - Really?
James - Of course honey. No one is going to hurt you.
Morgan - You promise James?
James - Of course I do. I love you and I will protect you if I have to.
Morgan - I love you too James.

They look into each others eyes and begin to kiss. As they’re kissing Morgan runs her fingers through James’s hair. They continue to kiss until they hear Jordan come home. They go downstairs to join Jordan for dinner. While they’re eating James asks Jordan if it’s ok if Morgan comes with him when he goes back to Whitby for the weekend. Jordan sees no problem with Morgan going him. They finish eating. Jordan and James help Morgan clean up the table. They don’t want her to over do carrying two babies. It’s now the weekend and Morgan and James are cuddling on his bed at his parents place in Whitby.

James - Thanks for coming with me.
Morgan - I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else then by your side.
James - I love you so much baby.
Morgan - I love you too James.
James - You are so beautiful.
Morgan - Do you really mean that James?
James - Of course I do.

They look into each others eyes and begin to kiss. As they’re kissing Morgan runs her fingers through James’s hair. They continue to kiss until they’re tearing each others clothes off James starts kissing other parts of Morgan’s body. Morgan begins to moan lightly.

Morgan - Oh James. Oh god James.
James - Oh Morgan baby I love you.
Morgan - Oh James I love you too.
James - Oh baby you are so beautiful.
Morgan - Oh James do you really think that about me?
James - Oh baby of course I do. God baby I love you so much.
Morgan - Oh James I love you too.

The sex continues until they get caught by James‘s mother. James’s mother freaks out that James brought a girl home with him without telling her. James and Morgan get dressed and then sit his mother down.

James - Mom, before you freak out anymore I want to introduce you to Morgan.
Deborah - Why haven’t you mentioned her before?
James - Cuz we’re technically not a couple.
Deborah - That’s not the way it looked when I caught you two having sex on your bed.
James - It’s kind of hard to explain but we’re in love but can’t be together.
Deborah - Meaning what?
Morgan - I’m married and pregnant with two babies and one is James’s.
Deborah - Oh my god James. What were you thinking?
James - Let me explain. At the time Morgan’s marriage was rather rocky. Her and her husband had gotten into a fight. I was comforting her cuz she was upset and it just sort of happened. It was a complete accident and fluke cuz she was already pregnant. So if you want to be mad at anyone be mad at me for treating her like you taught me how to treat a woman. I love this woman and want nothing more then for her to be happy even if it’s not with me.
Deborah - (Looks at Morgan and slaps her on the cheek) How dare you use my son just to get yourself pregnant.
Morgan - (Starts to cry and tries to talk through choked sobs) I….I never used James. I would never do that. I love your son with all my heart and would never hurt him on purpose. What James told you is exactly what happened when we had a moment of weakness. I swear I would never hurt James.
Deborah - This is unbelievable. How could you be so stupid James?
James - At least Morgan cared enough to let me move in with her and Jordan when I got kicked out of my apartment when my roommate stopped paying their share of the rent. You didn’t even offer to help me out. I was living in my car till Morgan’s husband Jordan offered to let me come home with him after practice one day. I’ve been living with them since October. One day Morgan and I will be together and you will have to accept it.
Deborah - You will never date that slut if have anything to say about it.

Morgan starts crying again and goes back up to James’s room.

James - Are you happy now?
Deborah - Can’t you see she’s just using you for sex?
James - No she’s not. She meant what she said that she loves me and that she will never hurt me.
Deborah - She is poisoning your mind.
James - You don’t know her like I do.
Deborah - She will break your heart one day.

James goes back up to his room to check on Morgan. He lays down on the bed beside Morgan and wraps his arms around her pulling her close to him.

James - Hey, you ok honey?
Morgan - I am now that you’re here with me.
James - I’m so sorry that my mom went off on you like that.
Morgan - So what are we going to do now?
James - I don’t care what my mother says I’m going to keep spending time with you. To the hell with my family if this is going to be how the act about me being a father.
Morgan - Do you really mean that James?
James - Of course I do. Lets get out of here and go back to Pittsburgh.
Morgan - I’m so tired. Can we leave in the morning?
James - Sure honey cuz you don’t look like you feel very good.
Morgan - I love you so much right now.
James - I love you too honey.
Morgan - James?
James - Yeah honey?
Morgan - Can we stay like this forever?
James - I would be ok with that. Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?
Morgan - Just stay with me please.
James - Of course I will.

Morgan falls asleep. James kisses the back of her neck and goes right to sleep till early the next morning. Before anyone else is awake Morgan and James pack their things and head back to Pittsburgh. Later that afternoon they arrive back at home. Morgan goes up to the bathroom and then catches a look at her bruised cheek. She starts to cry at the sting coming from her cheek. Jordan hears Morgan crying and comes upstairs to check on her.

Jordan - Morgan? Baby? You ok?
Morgan - (Looks up at Jordan) I….I’m fine.
Jordan - (Sees Morgan’s bruised cheek) Oh my god honey. What happened to your face?
Morgan - When we told James’s mother about him getting me pregnant she struck me.
Jordan - I hope James told her off for hurting you.
Morgan - Of course he did. I’m so scared to tell your parents.
Jordan - Honey, you have nothing to worry about.
Morgan - You sure?
Jordan - Of course honey. They would never get mad at you.
Morgan - You promise?
Jordan - Of course honey and if they do to the hell with them. James and I will take care of you.
Morgan - And that’s why I love both of you so much.

James then comes upstairs to check on Morgan too.

James - Just wanted to make sure you’re ok.
Morgan - I’m fine now that you’re both here.
James - I’m sorry for the way my mom treated you.
Morgan - You both are so great worrying about me.
Jordan - We worry cuz we love you honey.
James - That’s right we would never let anything happen to you.

Morgan goes over to both Jordan and James. They both give her a hug and tell her everything is going to be ok. Jordan tells Morgan to go take a nap and he’ll be in a little bit. James tells Jordan he’s sorry for the way his mother treated Morgan. Jordan tells James he shouldn’t have let her go along if he knew this was going to happen. Jordan then goes into his and Morgan’s bedroom. He lays down beside her, covers them with the blanket, wraps his arm around her, and goes to sleep until later that night. Jordan wakes up and starts kissing the back of Morgan’s neck until Morgan wakes up and turns over to face Jordan. They begin looking into each others eyes and start to kiss.

Morgan - I love you so much Jordan.
Jordan - I love you too honey.
Morgan - I want to thank you and James for being so great through this whole baby mess.
Jordan - We will make sure nothing happens to you or the babies. We will protect you at all costs.
Morgan - It is so nice knowing I have two wonderful guys who love me.
Jordan - And I’m so sorry that James’s mother treated you like she did. What did she say to you?
Morgan - Oh Jordan it was so awful. She excused me of using James for sex and then called me a slut.
Jordan - You would never do that to James. How dare she say that to you.
Morgan - That’s what I told her but she didn’t believe me.
Jordan - Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?
Morgan - I think the only thing that would make me happy is maybe my favorite chocolate.
Jordan - If you want me to go get a box I will.
Morgan - Would you?
Jordan - Sure
Morgan - I love you.
Jordan - I love you too.

Jordan gives Morgan a kiss and then leaves to get dinner. James comes out of his bedroom and comes into Morgan and Jordan’s bedroom to check on her. He sits on the bed beside Morgan.

James - You ok?
Morgan - I’m fine
James - You don’t look fine.
Morgan - My cheek hurts so bad (Starts to cry in pain)
James - (Wipes the tears from her eyes) Shh, don’t cry. I’ll go get you an ice pack for your cheek. I’ll be right back.
Morgan - Ok

James goes downstairs and grabs an ice pack from the kitchen freeze. He wraps it in a towel and then goes back upstairs.

James - (Hands Morgan the ice pack) Here honey put this on your face.
Morgan - How long do I need to keep it on?
James - We’ll check it in 20 minutes or so. Just lay down.
Morgan - Will you stay with me till Jordan comes home?
James - Of course I will.
Morgan - I love you James
James - I love you too.

Morgan lays down and puts the ice pack on left side of her face. James wraps his arm around her when he notices she is sound asleep. He gives her kiss and covers her with the blanket that is on the bed. He stays with her until Jordan comes back upstairs.

Jordan - Thanks dude for staying with her.
James - You’re welcome.
Jordan - I just hope the ice pack you gave her takes the sting out.
James - It should
Jordan - Good, I would hate for her cheek bone to be broken.
James - I’m going to go since she’s asleep now.
Jordan - Thanks again for taking care of Morgan while I was getting her favorite chocolate.
James - It’s no problem really. I would do anything for her.

James leaves and goes down stairs to find something to eat. Jordan takes the ice pack off Morgan’s face and sees the swelling has gone down. Morgan then wakes up.

Jordan - Just go back to sleep.
Morgan - Only if you stay here with me.
Jordan - You bet I will.

They begin looking into each others eyes and begin to kiss. The kissing continues until Morgan falls asleep. Jordan wraps his arm around Morgan and watches her sleep until he falls asleep. It’s now the next morning. A few weeks pass and everyone is in Thunder Bay for Jordan and Morgan’s wedding.
