It’s about a week from Morgan’s due date. Morgan and James are taking a nap on James’s bed. Morgan suddenly wakes up in severe pain.

Morgan - James, wake up we need to get to hospital.
James - (Wakes up to see Morgan in pain) What’s wrong?
Morgan - I think I’ve gone into labor.
James - Oh my god!! Can you get up or do you need help?
Morgan - No, I’m fine. Just grab my bag and get me to you car.

James grabs Morgan’s bag and then helps her down stairs. He then helps her out to his car and he drives as fast as he can to the hospital. They get there and the doctors take Morgan and James to a room. James sits in the chair by the bed and moves it closer. He takes a hold of Morgan’s hand and tries to comfort her.

James - It’ll be ok honey. I know you’re in pain from the contractions.
Morgan - Can you call Jordan?
James - Sure honey I’ll call Jordan if that’s what you want.
Morgan - Of course I want him here.
James - Ok I’ll be right back.

James leaves Morgan’s room and goes into the near by waiting room to call Jordan.

Jordan - Hey James. What do you need?
James - You need to come back to Pittsburgh ASAP.
Jordan - Why? What’s wrong?
James - Morgan is in labor.
Jordan - Ok I’ll be there as soon as I can. Just stay with Morgan.
James - You know I would never leave her side.
Jordan - I know that. Tell her I’ll be there as soon as I can.
James - Ok, I’ll talk to you later.

The guys hang up and James goes back to be with Morgan. When he comes back into the room he sees that Morgan is sound asleep. James sits back down in the chair and starts holding her hand and whispering to her how much he loves her. He then leans over and gives her a kiss. A few hours later Morgan wakes up to see James smiling at her.

Morgan - Hey, how long was I asleep?
James - A couple hours babe.
Morgan - Thank you for staying with me.
James - There’s no place I’d rather be then to be right by your side.
Morgan - Did you get a hold of Jordan?
James - He’ll be here as soon as he can. Do you need anything honey?
Morgan - Just for you to stay here with me.
James - Of course I will baby.
Morgan - I love you James.
James - I love you too baby.

James leans over to give Morgan a kiss. Morgan goes back to sleep for a little while until Jordan shows up in the room.

Jordan - How’s she doing?
James - She’s really tired from the pain killers her doctors gave her for the painful contractions she’s been having.
Jordan - With our prior kids this lasted all day and then she would have our babies in the middle of the night.
James - So she always has rough pregnancies?
Jordan - If she’s only carrying one baby she’s fine but when it’s more then one then she’s really sick and in a lot of pain when the contractions hit. You’re really worried about her aren’t you?
James - You bet I am. I don’t like seeing her hurt so much.
Jordan - I didn’t like it either when she had our twins the first year we were together.
James - Is there anything we can do to help ease the pain?
Jordan - (Laughs) Dude, calm down. She’ll be fine since she’s on pain meds. I know you’re worried about her.
James - Of course I am. I know you two are still married and all but I really do love her.
Jordan - I know you do.

Morgan wakes up to see Jordan in the room.

Morgan - Oh hey Jordan.
Jordan - Hey honey, how you feeling?
Morgan - I’m ok other then I’m so sleepy.
James - Just go back to sleep baby.
Morgan - So tired of sleeping.
Jordan - It’s ok honey we’ll stay with you.
Morgan - That’s why I love you two so much.
James - We love you too baby.

Morgan goes back to sleep for the rest of the day. Some time in the middle of the night Morgan wakes up when she feels fluid leaking from her.

Morgan - Jordan? James?
James - What’s wrong honey?
Morgan - Get my doctor NOW!!
Jordan - Did your water break?
Morgan - Yes, one of you go get her.
Jordan - I’ll be right back.

Jordan leaves to find Morgan’s doctor while James stays with Morgan. James tries to comfort her but it’s no use her labor has progressed too far for the pain medication to work. Morgan starts to cry cuz of the extreme pain. Jordan and Morgan’s doctor come into the room. Half hour to an hour later Morgan delivers two healthy babies. A little girl and a little boy. Morgan’s doctor gives her some stronger pain meds. She’s asleep a short time later. Jordan and James decide to stay with her until morning. It’s now morning when Jordan and James tell Morgan they’re going to go back to the house and get some sleep and that they’ll be out later. 4 or 5 days pass and Morgan and the babies are allowed to go home. It’s now Christmas time.
