Caroline sat in the friends and family section of the Rangers locker room waiting for the boys to come out, or at least open the door so she could come in. It was Michael's second NHL game ever, and he had just scored his first goal, Dubi scored a couple and they won the game 5-2 against Ottawa, she just wanted to run in their and kiss him. "Why can't we go in?" Caroline said to JP the Public Relations guy. "Calm down Care, the media is finishing up." Caroline didn't care a rats ass about the Media. She wanted to sit in Michael's lap in his Stall in the locker room and talk about how he played a great game but needed to approve in some areas. She was always watching and giving him notes, he thought it was cute and actually took some from her. Caroline and the other Wags (Wives and Girlfriends) waited around as the kids ran around and the parents talking excitedly about their kids who were men now, still rubbing their goals into other parents.

JP opened the door to the locker room as the media walked out of the locker room and she ran in. Flying through the groves of Brian Boyle's massive family and through the Callahan's. "Caroline your not going to say hi?" Donna Callahan, Ryan's mother said. "HEY DONNA HOLD ON ONE SECOND." She said shouting as she smiled at Michael running into his arms, him picking her up. "So do you know this kid? I heard he's pretty good looking, Has like three names. I think he's your boyfriend? Yeah maybe...he scored his first NHL goal." She laughed as she kissed him. "Do you know where I could find this guy? He seems pretty sexy?" She said fake looking around the room and back to him. "Haha very funny." He pulled her into his arms. Kissing her forehead.

Caroline sat in MDZ's stall as Chris Drury's kids ran around the locker room, she pulled her legs toward her, wrapping her arms around her knees. "Wow this is fucking amazing." She knew that voice, that voice that had a hit of highness like a child. "I fucking know right?" And she knew that voice husky like a bear. She tilted her head until she could see past the Boyle's 18 family members clogging up everywhere. "OMG!" She ran around the New York Ranger's seal and almost knocked Derek Stepan and Ryan McDonagh her two childhood friends from Hastings. Derek was from Hastings, and they met Ryan at a couple hockey tournaments, he was a year older then Derek. "Wow Thomas you must be working out in Hartford, your like a mini truck." Derek said hugging her tightly. "But Wisconsin, Wisco, the badgers your team what are you guys doing here?" Caroline muttered, did they sign contracts were they coming to Hartford with her?!??!

During their Fourth of July celebration week in Minny earlier that summer, Derek and Caroline were with Ryan when he found out he got his rights traded to the Rangers. They couldn't believe that the three best friends could actually play together. "Don't worry we didn't run away, Mac never saw the city, or the team so we made a weekend trip. We go back to Wisconsin Sunday night." Caroline deflated a little she loved her teammates but she didn't think she really fit in with them she would of loved to have her two best friends who were her friends and not her brothers friends. She shared them but they were hers. "Okay, so we can go back to the apartment tonight and have a Laguna Beach marathon?" Caroline said grinning from ear to ear. "You know it." They said in unison.

"Okay bitches where are we going to dinner? And we need like a reservation of like 50 people." Brandon Dubinsky shouted from on top of his stall. Usually it was just a couple players and their girlfriends who went to dinner at various places. But the whole team was going which meant all their Wags and kids and Mac and Steps plus the Boyles. "I am going out with my family so it's just the team and their families.' Boyler said exiting the locker room with his brood. Messing up Caroline's hair on the way out. "MAC! STEPS!" Michael said coming out of the bathroom in his Ralph Lauren Suit. "What's up?!?" He said wrapping his arm around Caroline as she fixed her MDZ Jersey looking down at her jersey, jeans and riding boots, all the other girlfriends wore clothes looking like they were going clubbing after, not at a hockey game. "Good bro! dinner?" Mac said as everyone exited. "Thank god for OCTOBER BOYS! TO THE NEW SEASON." Chris Drury's team captain yelled.
She was so excited for what was ahead this season and she was excited for the ride.
