Five Minutes For Fighting (Completed)

Caroline Thomas was sitting on the couch in her favorite pair of Krass & Co athletic shorts, a black Nike Sports bra and a Caroline Hurricanes Under Armour shirt as she binge watched Gossip Girl on Netflix. It was mid June, about a month and a half after Brendan said she should be on the Rangers roster, and they didn't make the playoffs. Thunder Bay was scorching today and she had the Central Air on High. "Wow it's hot out there." Tucker's new girlfriend who happened to be a skinny blonde, from Pennsylvania who wore red lipstick, sung love ballads and was an international pop star said. "You're not used to the Canada hotness, you will be soon T." Yup. They met at her concert in Chicago apparently they were the same in their choice of Hockey players, but her brother? Gross. "Uh gossip girl without me Care, that's not fair." As she plopped down next to her. Caroline's phone buzzed and it was Michael. "The gate's broken again the security code isn't working." Caroline's parents changed the code on them, to make sure no one could break in. "It's 61494." She said texting him back. The day the Rangers won the cup. "That's so obvious." He texted back as she heard the gate screech open. "Yeah too obvious they think no one would try it." She clicked sent, and got up fixing her hair and outfit. "You look hot Careeolinee, in that super sexy I am athletic and a girl hockey player way. I wish I had your life." Taylor said. Caroline laughed, she wished she had hers.
Caroline skipped down the long hallway that lead to the Grand foyer. Their Minnesota house was about 5,000 square feet their nice modest house compared to the whopping 11,000 square feet that their TB house was. She understood because everyone was still always in one place. The living room. 4 kids, 2 parents, and all of their family friends and children's friends in this house all the time. She really understood. "Mikey." She said smirking skipping into Michael Del Zotto's arms kissing him. He smelled like sweat, honey and vanilla. Ugh she loved him. "Stammer completely lost it today when this girl told him he wasn't that good. Our trainer made us do like five more of the tire flippy things it sucked hard, and not to mention that this is supposed to be our mini vacation but our coaches want us training everyday." He said going into the kitchen, her following. Thunder Bay was on top of Minnesota, and Markham where the 5 best friends lived was 15 hours away, outside of Toronto. They always came up a few weeks a summer to visit her, but Michael was practically living with her family this summer not leaving her side. "Thank god it's Friday and we get to go to Minny this weekend." Michael said grabbing a diet coke and snapped open the can. Her favorite sound ever, they were addicted. "Yeah I know, the nice Minny lake, Minesotaaaaa." She said in the accent she had been practicing since Day 1 in Minnesota. "It's pretty good." He said kissing her wrapping his arms around her waist. "I am going into the guest room laying down." She nodded as he jumped up the staircase.

Caroline went back to the living room where Taylor and Tucker were making out, Brady was playing some game with Parker Staal and Brendan with Levi. "Caroline we're leaving to go help the Sharp's with the new baby we'll be back." The four of them picking up and leaving her with two babies under 3. "Hey guys." She said picking them up one at a time. "Carewy, Hungry." Parker said as she brought them into the kitchen and sat them down. Making them Tuna on Rye. "Babe the guys left? How about some alone time." Michael said yelling down the stairs as he bounced down in his boxers. Alone time meant sexy time in the bedroom. Michael and Caroline were really serious and she was his first love and vice versus they both weren't ready for that but he always joked about that. "Haha very funny I am making the boys lunch everyone disappeared to go to see Patrick Sharp and Abby. The parentals are out getting ready to pack today." She said as he came up from behind and kissed her cheek. He looked at her smiling, she was so hot when she was wifing it up. He knew she was his wife, it was just the matter of time of engagement and marriage dates.

She made four sandwiches, one for each of them knowing snack time would make Parker and Levi tired. Eric and Tanya were on a day date with Marc and Lindsay, and they weren't trusting Tom pyatt with their kids, and Taylor was in no condition after losing his fiance to a freak accident last year. They were still mourning Carly. "Guys?" Speak of the devil. "In here taylor." Caroline called out practically whispering the boys were sleepy and they were carrying them up the stairs. "I'll take this from here, only you're parents would have a nursery in here for everyone elses kids." Taylor Pyatt said grabbing the kids. "Uncle Tawlor." Parker said as he fell asleep in his arms. "Go have alone time." He said as Michael shuffled Caroline outside to the pool. "Finally." Michael said he pulled her into him as they kissed hard and sweet at the same time. Their hands exploring every crevise of each other, even though they were so familiar with each other. Caroline broke away from their intense making out session. "Oh so should we do it on the pool lounger?" Michael said laughing as he laid down, she following as she cuddled up to him. "I am worried about Taylor." Caroline said as she looked up towards the nursery. "This week would of been their first wedding anniversary. They were supposed to have little Taylor and Carly's running around, they were supposed to be with each other forever." Michael nodded stroking hair in that romantic way. "We take care of our room, babe we will take care of him." Taylor was their older brother them taking care of him sounded weird.

"So ready for Minnesota." She said quietly falling asleep in the sun, her boyfriend next to her.
