James and Morgan are cuddling on his bed and discussing their son’s birthday tomorrow.

Morgan - So what do want to do for our son’s birthday tomorrow?
James - (Smiles) Don’t worry babe I planned the whole thing.
Morgan - What?
James - My mom helped me plan a whole hockey themed birthday party.
Morgan - (Smiles) You are so amazing to do this.
James - I figured it would be too stressful for you to deal with and since you’re pregnant I didn’t want you to have any stress.
Morgan - Aww, that is so sweet of you to do.
James - Hey, I wanted to thank you for not getting mad at me when I told you wanted happened to me before we met.
Morgan - I was more shocked then anything that someone would do that to you. Now your depression makes so much sense now and I’m so glad you’re getting help.
James - I’m just glad you suggested it. It’s really helped me open up about my personal issues.
Morgan - I can tell after two sessions you already seem a little better.
James - I do feel better.
Morgan - You’re slowly turning back into the man I fell in love with.
James - And that’s what I want to get back to. I’ve been so worried that you were going to leave me.
Morgan - James, I’m not going to leave you. I’m going to stick by you. I love you so much and nothing and I mean nothing will change how I feel about you.
James - You are so amazing and that’s why I love you so much too.

They begin looking into each others eyes and begin to kiss. As they kiss Morgan runs her fingers through James’s hair. James sighs and lays his head on Morgan’s shoulder and goes right to sleep. Morgan smiles when she wraps her arm around him and goes right to sleep till later that night. James’s mother comes up stairs to tell James and Morgan that dinner is ready. She smiles when sees the two of them cuddling. James turns his head and wakes up to see his mom standing in the doorway.

Deborah - Dinner’s ready you two.
James - Ok
Deborah - You two look so cute cuddling. I can tell how much you two love each other. You have to stay with her cuz she is so good for you.
James - Do you really mean that Mom?
Deborah - You bet I do. She told me yesterday how much she loves you.
James - I know she loves me and I love her too.
Deborah - Come eat something.
James - I’ll be down in a minute.
Deborah - Ok

James’s mom goes back down stairs. James runs his fingers through Morgan’s hair and gives her a kiss. Morgan then wakes up.

James - Hey, you up to having something to eat baby?
Morgan - Yeah I’m starving.
James - Then lets go eat. Mom has dinner waiting for us.
Morgan - Ok

James and Morgan go down stairs and join everyone at the table for dinner. As they’re eating James and Morgan start holding hands. James’s parents smile seeing how in love their son is. They finish dinner and Morgan helps James’s mom clean up the table. They begin to talk.

Deborah - You really do love my son don’t you?
Morgan - Of course I do. I love James with all of my heart.
Deborah - I hope one day you two decide to renew your vows.
Morgan - Really?
Deborah - Sure, I understand why you guys eloped. I never told him this but his father and I eloped when we were your age. I was pregnant with James at the time.
Morgan - Wow, I had no idea.
Deborah - You ok dear? You look really pale.
Morgan - I haven’t been feeling that great the past few days.
Deborah - Wait, I know what’s wrong. You’re in the early stages of being pregnant aren’t you?
Morgan - Yes, we weren’t going to say anything yet but I am.
Deborah - Aww, I’m so happy for you and James. You two make beautiful babies. How far along are you?
Morgan - Only a week or two.
Deborah - Don’t worry I won’t say anything.
Morgan - (Laughs) Too late I think everyone heard us talking.

Just then James comes into the kitchen and teases Morgan.

James - (Laughs) Babe you have a big mouth.
Morgan - (Laughs and shoves his shoulder) Hey, shut up. I didn’t say anything your mother figured it out.
James - (Laughs) You are so cute when you’re fake mad at me. Come cuddle with me on the couch for a little bit.
Deborah - Go ahead

James and Morgan go over the couch. James sits on the couch and then grabs Morgan’s arm and pulls her on the couch beside him. He smiles when they begin to kiss. Morgan lays her head on James’s chest. James then wraps his arm around her.

James - (Runs his fingers through Morgan’s hair) I love you baby.
Morgan - I love you too James.
James - Feels nice cuddling with you like this again.
Morgan - It sure is.
James - (Places his hand on Morgan’s belly and smiles) I can’t believe in 9 months you’re going to be having our baby.
Morgan - (Smiles) I know and looking forward to you taking care of me. (She then sees JJ wanting up on the couch with them. She picks him up and JJ crawls over to James and lays down. She then laughs) I guess he wanted time with his daddy.
James - (Smiles) Hey there little man.
JJ - Dada love you.
James - I love you too JJ.
JJ - Mama love you.
Morgan - I love you too sweetie.
JJ - Mama I tired.
Morgan - Ok baby I’ll take you to bed.
James - I’ll be up in a minute to read you a bedtime story little man.
JJ - Ok Dada

JJ crawls over to Morgan so that she can carry him up stairs. She picks up JJ and takes him up stairs. She lays him down on his bed and helps him put his pjs on. A little while later James comes up stairs. He starts reading JJ a bedtime story until JJ falls asleep a short time later. James kisses JJ’s forehead and tells him that he loves his little man. He quietly turns the light off but leaves JJ’s night light on. He goes into his bedroom and finds Morgan giving Isabella her bedtime bottle. Morgan gently burps Isabella and then rocks her till she falls asleep. Morgan puts her in her crib and tells her little girl that she loves her. James comes over to the crib and tells Isabella that he loves her too. James and Morgan then lay down on James’s bed. Morgan snuggles up to James and then goes right to sleep. James wraps his arm around her and goes to sleep until the next morning. James wakes up and sees Morgan isn’t there. He goes down stairs and finds her baking cupcakes for JJ’s birthday party.

James - (Comes up behind Morgan and wraps his arms around her) Mmm those look good.
Morgan - (Playfully slaps his hand with the spatula and laughs) Now honey those are for our son’s party.
James - (Laughs) Who says I was talking about the cupcakes.
Morgan - Aww, where you talking about me?
James - Maybe I was talking about the cupcakes and you.
Morgan - Aww, that’s sweet.
James - (Kisses Morgan’s neck) I love you baby.
Morgan - I love you too.
James - Your tablet’s going off baby.
Morgan - I bet it’s Jordan. I told him I wanted wish our little girl a happy birthday. Can you hand me it?
James - (Hands Morgan her tablet) Here babe

Morgan hit’s the talk button on her tablet. James goes back up stairs to get JJ for the party.

Morgan - Hey Jordan
Jordan - I hope you weren’t busy.
Morgan - I was just making cupcakes for JJ’s party.
Jordan - I wish you were here to celebrate our little girl’s birthday.
Morgan - I know and I’m sorry that James and I left town. He wanted to see his parents.
Jordan - You have nothing to be sorry about.
Morgan - Did the package I sent down there get there?
Jordan - Sure did. What is it?
Morgan - Get Rachel so you can open you
Jordan - She’s here sitting on my lap so I can open this box now if you want.
Morgan - Go ahead open it.

Jordan gets a knife and opens the package Morgan had sent to Raleigh. Jordan smiles when he sees a baby Canes jersey that has his name and number on it.

Jordan - You really didn’t have to get her a Canes jersey.
Morgan - I know but I wanted to.
Jordan - Did you want to talk to her?
Morgan - I would love that. Hey sweetie it’s your mommy. I miss you lots. Happy birthday sweetie. Mommy loves you. You know that right?
Rachel - Mama love you too.
Morgan - I’ll be home soon, ok?
Rachel - Ok Mama.
Jordan - Hard to believe she’s talking already. (Sees Morgan crying) Hey, what’s wrong?
Morgan - I’m sorry talking to our little girl made me a little emotional.
Jordan - It’s ok. I know you and James are expecting so I understand.
Morgan - When did you figure it out?
Jordan - The other day when I caught you two cuddling on the couch. You looked really pale. So I figured you’ve been having morning sickness.
Morgan - I have been.
Jordan - Has it been bad?
Morgan - Worse then last time but not as bad as when I was carrying JJ and Rachel.
Jordan - I’m sorry you don’t feel good. Why don’t you have James get you those suckers for you?
Morgan - That’s a good idea.
Jordan - I have to head to practice.
Morgan - Ok, I’ll talk to you when James and I come home.
Jordan - Ok, I know I shouldn’t say it but I still love you.
Morgan - I know you do cuz I do too. You’ll always have a special place in my heart.
Jordan - I know cuz you do too. I’ll talk to you later.
Morgan - Bye Jordan

Jordan and Morgan hang up. James comes back down stairs and sees that Morgan has been crying.

James - Morgan? Baby? What’s wrong?
Morgan - Nothing
James - Honey you’ve been crying. What’s the matter?
Morgan - I just got a little emotional when I was talking to Rachel is all.

James comes to Morgan and wraps his arms around her holding her close.

James - Hey, it’s ok honey. I know you’re missing your little girl today.
Morgan - Of course I do.
James - Come on baby let me help you finish the cupcakes.
Morgan - Ok

James helps Morgan decorate the cupcakes. James notices Morgan has some chocolate frosting on her cheek so kisses off with his lips. Morgan sighs when James kisses her lips. James then takes the cupcakes outside where he has set up a hockey themed party in his parents backyard. Morgan comes out to see what James has done.

James - Well what do you think?
Morgan - This is amazing. You did all this?
James - (Smiles) I sure did.
Morgan - You are so great to pull this off.
James - (Smiles) I already knew that.

Morgan and James finish setting up for JJ’s party. Morgan tells James to go get the birthday boy. James goes inside and brings out JJ. During the party James gets on his knees and plays goalie as JJ plays with mini hockey stick that James got for him. JJ starts giggling as he shoots the rubber ball they’re using as a puck by James for a goal. Morgan has been video taping the whole thing and posts the video of JJ and James on her Facebook page. She smiles seeing her boys bonding like this. The party lasts for a few hours. James picks up JJ and takes him inside for his nap. He takes JJ up stairs and into the guest room where his bed is. He lays JJ on the bed and kisses his forehead. He tells JJ how much he loves him. He goes into his bedroom and finds Morgan sound asleep on the bed. He smiles and lays down beside her and wraps his arms around her so that they’re spooning with on another. He is asleep a few minutes later until later that night. James and Morgan decide to stay in Whitby till Sunday and then head back to Raleigh on Monday. The weekend comes and goes and James and Morgan head for home. A month passes and it’s now Christmas time.
