Sam was in the zone. He had spotted Audrey in the stands and he needed to make this game quick so he could talk to her. He decided to take things into his own hands. He scored the first goal of the game. And the second. And the third. Sam recorded a hat trick and won the game for the Falcons.

Audrey caught herself getting too excited for him. She put a frown on her face as she walked to the change room. She nodded at some of the guys. Sam looked back at her as he walked to the change room. She exhaled and pursed her lips. He sighed, shoving the door open. She handed the score sheet to her dad and walked to the side, pulling out her phone.

Sam stripped, walking to the showers. He let the water run over his muscles. He ran his hands through his hair, making sure to get all of it wet. He washed everything before rinsing off. He wasn't going to try and win Audrey over while he smelled. He dried off and started to redress.

All the guys were goofing off while Sam was in his own world. He finished putting on his clothes and went to packing all his things. He looked up as he finished. All his teammates remaining in the change room were staring at him. He furrowed his brows.

"What's up with you?" Malcolm called.

"Yeah, you played an unreal game and now you're all quiet." Tristan added.

Sam smiled. "I'm just planning something big and I need to focus on it."

"What is it?" Ryan challenged.

"I'm gonna move in." Sam stated.

"On Audrey?" Zach shot up.

Sam just smirked as he walked out. He spotted Audrey. She looked back at him, nodded her head, and turned back to her group. It was just her and the couples she was friends with. He placed his bag down near the door. He took a deep breath.

The remaining guys in the change room came out. Dustin gave Sam a squeeze on the shoulder. He was rooting for him completely. Sam gave him a tight lip smile with a nod before he set off towards Audrey. He slid his hand in hers and she slowly spun around.

"I really need to talk to you, Audrey." He spoke, his tone firm.

She tossed his hand. "I'm not ready to talk to you yet, Sam." She hissed, walking away.

"Audrey, I like you!" He hollered after her. "I really do and I haven't been able to think straight with us fight. It's felt like forever since I've held you or touched you and I need it. I even talked to your dad about this." She spun around. "That's how much I liked you."

She stared at him with her arms crossed. She slowly made her way over. Sam exhaled carefully. He felt dizzy. He had never laid himself out on the table like that before. He'd never made himself so vulnerable. Audrey stopped in front of him. A smile slowly spread across her face. Her hand reached out to his face, resting on the side of his head.

"You look like you're about to pass out." She chuckled, rubbing his cheek with her thumb.

"I'm close to it." He admitted. "Do we kiss now?"

She shook her head. "Take me on a date first." She sang, pulling her hand away.

"That's my girl!" Dustin exclaimed.

Sam rolled his eyes and pulled her into him. He wrapped his arms around her shoulders while she held onto his waist. Her head was nestled into his chest while he pressed his lips to her hair. Griffin turned to them, drinking a Gatorade. He threw his arms out after he pulled the drink from his mouth.

"About fucking time!" He yelled as he walked over.

The two laughed as they continued to hold each other.

Everyone started to fade out. Audrey was waiting to the side for her dad, but more for Sam. She saw Sam turning the corner and grabbed his shirt, pulling him into her. She pressed his lips to her before adding some tongue. He held her against the wall with his chest while his hands rested above her. She slowly pulled away. He pecked her lips once more.

"That was for your hat trick." She smiled, their faces still close.

"What happened to a date first?" He taunted and rested his forehead on hers.

"My dad isn't around right now. I don't have to put up my good girl act." She whispered and kissed him once more.
