The Plot

Conceal, don't feel, conceal, don't feel...
Antti paces around the small, yet royal room nervously, trying to contain his powers and fears. He is wearing a white royal shirt, navy blue pants, black boots, and a midnight blue cape. He stops, looking up at the painting of his father on his coronation day. He has a serious, yet courageous look, holding up the orb and scepter.
"Why do I have to hold those?" Antti mutters to himself as he makes his way to the table that was below the painting; on the table is the same two items he has to hold for his coronation ceremony.
With shaky hands, Antti grabs the orb and scepter at the same time, trying to contain his powers. But a few seconds later, water begins to trickle down from the objects onto the carpet. "Ugh!" He throws the items back onto the table in frustration.
Antti has a hard time controlling his powers--they were too strong for him. So strong, that they almost killed his younger sister, Jonna. It was a night he would never forget.
"Wake up, wake up, wake up!" Antti heard Jonna's high-pitched voice say while she was shaking him quite vigorously.
"Oh, Jonna, go back to bed." He pushed Jonna off of his bed.
He heard Jonna squeak as she hits the ground. Then she climbed back up and uncovered her older brother a bit, whispering in his ear: "Do you want to go swimming?"
Antti looked up with her with a small smirk. "Fiiine."
They quietly as possible made their way down the stairs to the main room, where they would always play with each other.
"Do the magic, do the magic!" Jonna shouted happily.
Antti formed a water ball slowly for Jonna to see; Jonna looked at it with awe. "Ready?" he asked.
Jonna nodded her head excitedly and Antti threw it up into the air, making it rain.
"It's raining, it's raining!" Jonna rose her small arms up in the air, catching the drops in her hands.
"Look at this." Antti extended his arms, making water rise up to their waists.
"Yipee!" Jonna dove into the water, swimming with her brother by her side.
They rose up to the surface. "Wanna go wave surfing?" Antti asked.
"Yes, yes, yes!"
"Okay, hold on." Antti pulled himself out from the water, standing on top of it; he created a wave below Jonna, making her rise up on top of a wave.
"This is so much fuuuun!!!" Jonna decided to get daring and jumped off of the wave.
"Whoa!" Antti created another one quickly, catching her. "Gotcha."
"Jee!" She jumped off of that wave, and then landed on another one Antti made. She continued doing the same thing, except getting faster and faster. (Yay!)
"Wait, Jonna, slow down!" Antti shouts, now having a hard time keeping up with her. He walked backwards, trying to get a good view of her when he stepped on a floating table, slipping and falling onto the surface of the water.
"Catch meeeeeee!!!" Jonna threw herself off of the wave, free falling into the water.
Antti looked up at her and with panic, he tried creating another wave, but instead blasted water at her.
With a soft grunt, Jonna fell onto a floating sofa.
"Jonna‽" Antti got up and ran over to Jonna, who looked like she was sleeping. "Jonna, wake up!" He was now the one shaking her vigorously. "Äiti!!! Isä!!!" (Mother! Father!)
"What's going on here?" Antti's father snapped as he burst into the flooded room with his wife. Water began rushing out of the room, but more was being created at the bottom of Antti's feet.
"It was an accident! I'm sorry, Jonna." Antti hugged Jonna.
Antti's mother took Jonna from him holding her in her arms. "She's soaked."
"I know where to take her."
So they ran off to the forest nearby on horses, where they met Tommy Gorman.
He healed Jonna quickly, but at the cost where she would not know that her brother has powers. He warned the young prince that his powers would grow stronger and stronger as he grows older...and that fear would become his enemy. Antti's father was afraid what harm his son's powers could do, so he locked him up in his room from the world...including Jonna.
The castle's gates were closed.
His parents died.
His powers grew stronger.
His sister wants an reason why he can't hang out with her.
Life is miserable.
And today's the day and hopefully the only day Antti has to show himself in front of thousands of people.
There is a knock on the door. "Prince Antti?"
Antti is startled for a moment, shaking off the indelible memories. "Yes?"
"When shall the gates be opened, your honour?"
Antti sighs. "I'll be there to open the gates."
"Okay." Antti heard footsteps echoing away.
He slowly walks over to the window, where he is able to see the bridge that is teeming with people from all over the world waiting to see the yet-to-be king. "Don't let them in. Don't let them see. Be the good guy you always have to be. Conceal..." He looks down at his hands. "Don't feel." He places his hands on his chest. "Don't let them show..." He blasts water at the ground. "One bad move and everyone will know." Antti walks out of the room, first cleaning up the water with a swipe of his hand.
"It's only for today!" Jonna sings, sprinting down the hallway to the outside part of the castle.
"It's only for today," Antti repeats, walking down the hallway to the guards, who operate the gates.
"It's agony to wait!" Jonna runs across the outside part of the castle, holding onto her dress so that she won't trip over it.
"It's agony to wait..." Antti stands next to the guards, ready to open up the gates any second; he sighs and with a loud voice barks: "Tell the guards to open up...the gates!!!"
"The gates!!!" Jonna bursts out of the castle with a blithesome look, greeting all the people she saw. Then she sings happily, exploring and absorbing all of the kingdom she lives in.

Then comes the ceremony.
The chapel is packed full of representatives from around the world, wanting to witness the Prince of Finland being named the King of Finland. Jonna was next to Antti, looking at the audience; she was wearing a beautiful, pink dress.
The bishop holds on to the crown as Antti bends his head down for the bishop to put it on. He looks back up with big blue eyes. Now for the hardest part... He looks down, seeing a royal purple pillow with the golden orb and scepter laying on it.
With a sigh, Antti softly holds onto the two items and turns around, facing the audience. For the whole time the bishop was giving his blessings to the new king in Finnish, Antti is thinking as hard as he could to control his powers. He felt water beginning to form in his hands, but luckily, the bishop is done talking and Antti quickly places the items back onto the pillow with a relieving smiling on his face.

Then the celebration of the coronation beings in the main room.
People are cheering and dancing to lively, live music while other are drinking and eat the food that is being served.
Meanwhile, Antti stands at the end of the room next to his sister, who he hadn't talked to for such a long time.
"Hey," Antti quietly greets. It's finally nice to talk to her again.
Jonna stands for a few beats before processing that her brother greeted her. "Oh, hey me?" She turns to look at him. "Hi."
"You look really nice tonight."
"Aw, kiitos. You, too. Well, not that you look nice, it's just that you look handsome, yea, you look handsome." Jonna smiles while blushing. (Thank you.)
"It's okay, I know what you mean." Antti looks out at the celebration. "So this is how a celebration looks like."
"Yea...I like it a lot. We should do this more often...y'know, like hang out, have more celebrations..."
"Yea, that'll be nice." Antti's smile fades, remembering that he can harm her with his powers. "But we can't be together."
"Wait, what?"
"We just can't."
"Why?"
Antti turns away from the Princess of Finland. "It just can't happen. I'm sorry."
Jonna sighs with a frown. "Will you excuse me?" She walks off of the platform they were on and makes her way out of the room. But then someone decides to bump into her, knocking her towards the ground. Before she hit the ground, a gloved hand caught her hand.
"Glad I caught you," the person who caught her tells her; he pulls her up to her feet.
Jonna looks at his gray eyes. It was the same guy that almost knocked her into the ocean during the day. "Oh, hi... Jimmy Howard of the United States, right?"
"That's right." Jimmy smirks and begins dancing with her.
They go outside to the balcony after the song ends, talking about their childhood.
"It's so nice actually talking to a person."
"What do you mean?" Jimmy asks.
"Well, I don't have anyone to talk to."
"What about your brother?"
"I don't know what happened to him, but one day we were like best friends, but now he just stays away from me. I never get to talk to him."
"Oh, well, I have twelve brothers and three of them pretended that I was invisible for a year. It was terrible."
"So you practically went through the same thing as me?"
Jimmy nods with an inquiring look. "Yea. I understand how you feel."
"Wow. It's nice that someone actually understands how I feel!" Jonna finally feels satisfied that she met someone that wants to be with her and went through the same rejection she went through.
She then takes Jimmy all over the kingdom, showing him the wonders of Finland while singing. Then they stop walking when they arrived by a waterfall.
"Can I say something crazy?" Jimmy asks; he goes down on one knee. "Will you marry me?"
Jonna gasps. "Can I say something crazier? Yes!"
They then run back to the celebration giggling and chuckling with their faces blushing.
"King Antti! King Antti!" Jonna calls out to her brother as she and Jimmy make their way up to him.
"What is it?" Antti asks, looking at them with a calm, royal look; he steps down from the platform.
"We..." Jonna looks at Jimmy with a goofy look. "...will like to have our blessing for...our marriage!" She jumps up and down happily a bit, squealing.
Antti blinks for a moment, trying to process what his sister just said. "Wait, what?"
"Well, we hadn't worked out all the details yet, but we knows there's gonna be a big celebration with food and ice cream. Ooo, where would we live?" She looks up at Jimmy.
"We can stay here!" he exclaims happily.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, what‽" Antti has a bewildered look.
"And your brothers can also stay here too! It'll be so much fun!!!" Jonna adds in.
"That's a brilliant idea!"
"Ei, ei, ei, ei, stop, stop, stop!" Antti waves his hands in front of them, signaling them to stop talking. "No one's moving in here and no ones getting married." (No, no, no, no,)
"What?" Jonna smile fades.
"Jonna...can I speak to you...in private?" Antti points to the exit.
"No." Jonna straightens up with a stern look next to Jimmy. "Whatever you want to say to me, you can say to both of us."
"Fine." Antti has a grave look. "You can't marry a guy you just met."
"You can if it's true love!" Jonna holds onto Jimmy's arm.
"Jonna, what do you know about true love?"
"Well, all you know is how to shut people out of your life!"
Antti makes a shock look at what his sister just told him; he beings to feel his powers rising in him. "You asked for my blessing, but my answer is no. Now, would you excuse me." He begins walking away towards the exit.
"Wait, your majesty, we can work this out--" Jimmy calls out.
"No, that'll be unnecessary." Antti feels like locking himself up in his room. "Close the gates, the party's over."
"What?" Jonna runs over to her brother, grabbing his wrist. "Antti, what is wrong with you‽"
"Let go, Jonna."
"Why are you doing this? Why do you lock people out?"
Antti breaks Jonna's grip. "Go away, Jonna." He feels his powers surging through him.
"No, I am not gonna go until you give me an answer!" She stomps her foot on the ground in frustration.
Antti begins walking away towards the exit. "That's enough, Jonna!"
"No, Antti, no! Why do you shut me out? Why do you shut others out? What do you have against us?" Then she stops for a moment, thinking of the perfect question to throw at him. "What are you so afraid of‽‽‽"
"I SAID THAT'S ENOUGH!!!" Antti crosses his arms in front of his chest then uncrosses them quickly, extending his arms out and making water blast from his body, knocking everyone off of their feet; he turns around seeing what he just done in horror.
Jonna looks up at him with an appalling look. "Antti..."
Antti stumbles backwards towards the door in anarchy, fleeing out of the room.
"Wait, Antti!" Jonna gets up and runs after her brother, not caring that she was soaked; Jimmy runs after her.
Antti runs out of the castle, ignoring the citizens greeting him; he sprints into the forest, leaving a trail of water behind him.
"Antti, no! Come back!" Jonna falls onto the ground, at the entrance of the forest.
Jimmy runs up to her side. He looks at the trail of water, which was beginning to grow larger. "Oh shoot..." He pulls Jonna and himself up to their feet. "Look."
Jonna looks down, seeing that she is now in ankle-deep water. "Water?"
"We should get back to the castle."
"Yea, let's go!" They begin to run through the water, which was rising at a constant speed.
When they arrived at the gates of the castle, where all the citizens are at, the water was now above their knees.
Everyone is in a confused, crazy state, wondering how their kingdom is being flooded with water.
"I'll go get Antti," Jonna tells Jimmy. She tells a guard to go grab a raft.
"No, you can't--it's dangerous."
"Well, he's my brother--what can he do to me? I'm just gonna bring him back and ask him to stop the flood."
"I'll come with you then."
"No, it's better to if I go alone." She grabs the raft and gets on it; she raises her voice. "I put Prince Jimmy Howard of the United States in charge!"
"Are you sure you're gonna be fine?" Jimmy asks with a worried look.
"Yes, I will be. Let's go!" She turns on the engine and speeds off into the night.
