Eric smiled as he turned the corner and saw Kylee near the change room. She had her arms crossed and a glare on her face. He set his bag down near the door and made his way over to her. She watched him approach. He had a smile on her face while she had the complete opposite. He didn't even notice.

They were basically together. Any free time either had was spent together. They had met all each others friends. They had even met their immediate families. But they weren't together. Eric hadn't asked her out yet. He hadn't even made it apparent that he wanted her to make the first move. She had no idea where they stood.

He leaned down to kiss her and she turned her head. "What's wrong?" He stopped.

"What is this?" She hissed.

"It was supposed to be a kiss." He chuckled.

She rolled her eyes. "I mean us. What's going on there?"

"I thought we were together?" He furrowed his brows.

She growled, stomping away. He followed behind her. She stepped onto the stands and he grabbed her wrist. She spun around, glaring at him. He took a deep breath to keep his calm.

"What do you want me to do, Kylee? What do you want from me?" He asked her.

"For you to man up and ask me out!" She yelled before pulling her arm from his grip.

She shook her head at him before climbing up the stands. He watched her as she sat and avoided his direction. He exhaled, walking back to the change room. He pulled his bag to his stall, dropping into it. He began looking things up on his phone. He was going to take Kylee on the perfect date.

Eric got the start. The visiting team scored first. Eric knew it was his fault. Eichel was the one to tie it up. The other team scored twice more and then the period ended. The second period was scoreless. The third had one goal in the first minute of play by Lazar, and one in the last minute but the baby Trouba. He tied it up, forcing overtime. Dal Colle was the hero of the night, scoring in OT for the team.

After the game, Eric was able to get the microphone. He cleared his voice into it, gaining everyone's attention. He stood in the middle of the ice with his equipment still on. He held his helmet in one hand and the microphone in the other. Kylee locked eyes with him. He took a deep breath.

"Kylee, I know you're pissed at me right now, but you told me to man up so that's what I'm doing." He explained. "Ky, would you please be my girlfriend and accompany me to an overnight trip to Toronto tomorrow?"

She rolled her eyes and nodded. She hopped down to the door and opened it. He skated over with a smile. She wrapped her arms around him, kissing him finally. He smiled into it. She sighed.

"You're still a bitch but I will be your girlfriend." She told him. "And I'd love to come to Toronto with you."

"Only because you know I'll spoil you and pay for it all." He teased.

She shoved him. "And because I want to spend time with you."

He made a noise before he took her hand. He waddled to the change room while she walked along with him. He walked into the room and Kylee went over to the girls. Nothing was really said as each girl left the group to go over to their boyfriend.

Sam Bennett came out, and Kaylynn walked over to him with a smile. No one thought of anything, since they had always been friends. No one thought anything of it when they hugged either. But when their lips connected, there was a collection of gasps from their friends. They pulled apart with the same smile.

"What the fuck?" Dani exclaimed, getting Michael's disgusting hand over her mouth.

"As long as you're happy." Holiday smiled.

Everyone agreed before they all made their way out. Candice excused herself from Aaron and went over to Kaylynn and Sam. He looked past Kaylynn to her friend. Kay spun around with a smile.

"Are we still on for moving our stuff back to Aaron's tonight?" Candice asked.

Kaylynn nodded. "Yeah. We can start right now if you want."

Candice nodded herself. "I'll meet you at your car."

Candice walked over to Kaylynn's car. She leaned against it, waiting for her friend. Aaron's car pulled up beside her. She rolled her eyes at the grin she gave him. She walked over and leaned forward on his car. He shifted it into park.

"I can just take you. You don't have to wait for her." He sang.

She shook her head. "I need to talk to her."

He rolled his eyes. "Okay. Love you." He leaned out to kiss her.

She kissed him back. "Love you more. See you in a bit."

Aaron drove off and Candice saw Kaylynn walking over. She ran the rest of the way, clicking the unlock button as she ran over. Candice shook her head at her friend as she climbed into the car. Kaylynn climbed into the driver's side. She started up her car and they began their drive.

"We need to talk." Candice took a deep breath. Kaylynn nodded. "You know people aren't medicine, right?"

Kaylynn furrowed her brows. "Yeah. What is this about?"

"Sam." Candice stated. "Every time Mack upsets you, you're back to Sam."

"That's not what it is." Kaylynn shook her head. "I'm back with Sam because I want someone who will always choose me. Someone that will never stop choosing me."

Candice shook her head. "You and I both know Mack would always choose you. Mack has never even moved on from you."

Kaylynn slammed on her breaks. "Candice, can you just fucking leave it? You don't know what you're talking about." She hollered.

Candice just stared at her. Kaylynn took a deep breath and began driving again. Candice shook her head before she looked out her window. Kaylynn turned up the radio while driving. Both knew one of them were right, and it wasn't the one in the situation.
