Audrey crossed her arms as she sat on the couch. Sam dropped next to her, wrapping an arm around her. She lifted her feet onto the couch, leaning into him. Mackenzie sat in his lap and played with Audrey's hair. The only space remaining on the couch was by Audrey's feet. Jake hopped up, sitting on her feet. He grinned at her and she kicked him.

Nicole clicked her tongue at her daughter as she walked in. Mason and Cooper came running in, climbing onto the giant lazy boy. Dustin came in with a smile. He rubbed his hand together before he wrapped an arm around Nicole. He took a deep breath.

"So a few things," He began. "Jake and Mase, no more bedtime."

They cheered. "You decide when you go to bed, but remember you're still going to school no matter how tired you are." Nicole told them.

"What about me?" Cooper whined.

"You'll get there, Coop. Two more years." Audrey smiled at her brother. "So that explains them, but why are Sam and I here?"

"We'll be having some guests for a bit." Dustin mentioned.

"And?"

"They'll be doing a documentary on me. On our family." He added. "And I just wanted to prepare you for some changes coming your way."

Audrey nodded, shooting up. "Well, thanks. Make sure to look pretty for the cameras." She pulled Sam to his feet.

They were chest to chest. He stretched while he stared down at her, she wrapped her arms around his waist. He finished his stretch and held onto her. She rested her chin on his chest, looking up at him with a smile. Dustin and Nicole looked from the sight to each other. They frowned before looking back.

"Kids, why don't you go play upstairs." Nicole smiled at the younger ones. "Daddy and I need to talk to Audrey for a minute."

"Can Sammy come play?" Mason exclaimed, grabbing Sam's wrist.

"No, we need to talk to Sammy too." Nicole told him.

"Yeah, and Sammy's mine." Audrey teased, pulling Sam's hand away from him.

Cooper frowned at his older sister. He hopped off the chair and walked over to Nicole. He gestured for her to come to his level. She looked around, pretending to make sure no one was watching. He cupped her ear with her tiny hands and she cupped his hands.

"Is Audrey having a baby with Sammy?" He whispered.

Nicole chuckled as she shook her head. "No, Cooper. What would make you think that?"

"Well, you wanted to talk to them alone and I saw on TV th,"

Nicole kissed his cheek. "Don't worry. Audrey and Sammy are fine." She smiled, rubbing his arms.

He gave her a kiss before running up the stairs. Nicole made a surprised face at Mackenzie when she jumped off the couch. She ran after Cooper, climbing the stairs on her hands and knees. Dustin chuckled and Nicole looked up at him. His eyes met hers and she shook her head as she rose. He wrapped an arm around her.

"No more kids." He stated, kissing the side of her head.

"I was done after this one." Nicole pointed at Audrey.

Audrey gave her a fake grin as she sat down. Sam sat beside her. Nicole stared at Dustin who was thinking of what to say. Audrey stared at her parents. She made eye contact with her mom. She made a face at her daughter. Audrey made it back. Dustin exhaled, gaining everyone's attention. Sam looked scared. Audrey squeezed his thigh. He grabbed her hand.

"So I mentioned the crew coming for the show, right?" Dustin spoke.

"Like two minutes ago, dad." Audrey shook her head.

"Yeah, but I didn't mention that you need to be a part of it." He stated.

She growled. "I don't want a bunch of cameras following me around."

"They won't be following you around. They just want to do a couple interviews with you." Dustin clarified.

She nodded. "Okay. I'll do it." She stood up again.

"One more th,"

"Dad, just let me go lay down. Whatever it is, yeah. I'll do it." She waved him off, walking upstairs.

Sam stood after her. "She's cramping." He explained to her parents.

"Oh, God. She doesn't like to do anything when she's like this." Nicole laughed. "Tell her I'll bring up a warm compress in a minute."

Sam nodded, making his way upstairs. Dustin watched as he hopped up them. Dustin growled, turning towards his wife. She hugged him. He didn't even get to tell Audrey the most important thing. He rested his head on Nicole's, hugging her back.

"You know she's gonna flip out." Nicole whispered, pulling away.

"She always flips out." Dustin rolled his eyes, dropping onto the couch.

"Yeah, but she really loves Sam." Dustin groaned at his wife as she sat beside him. "I know you don't like to hear that, but it's true. She's not gonna be happy about you wanting to spend time away from her boyfriend. Her boyfriend that lives with us."

"Could you maybe talk to her when you bring her the compress?" He grinned.

She rolled her eyes with a nod. "I will." She told him before kissing him as she stood up.

She grabbed the compress before climbing the stairs. She heard the shower running and prayed it wasn't Audrey. She knocked on her daughter's door. There was a quiet "come in" which she followed. She smiled at Audrey who was curled in her bed alone. Audrey frowned at her mom.

"Here you go." Nicole said, tossing the compress to her. "How are you feeling?" She sat down beside Audrey, stroking her hair.

"My stomach hurts and so does my head." Audrey whined. "Sam's so cute when it comes to this. He was so worried about leaving me to shower."

"You love him a lot, don't you?" Nicole smiled. Audrey nodded. "Your dad and I were the same way as you two. Until he was drafted to Guelph."

"How hard was that for you?" Audrey asked. "We've never really talked about you and dad because I've never had a serious boyfriend."

Nicole sighed. "It was hard but we made it work." She told her. "I need to talk about something with you." Audrey placed her head on her mom's leg. "What are your thoughts towards not constantly being around him?"

"It would be weird and I wouldn't like it." Audrey stated. "Are you kicking him out?" She shot up.

"No, my god, no. Sam is a great kid." Nicole argued. "I just wanted to know where you were in your relationship."

"It's like, we're together everyday, we do everything together. I just can't imagine what it'd be like to not always have him around." Audrey confessed, playing with her sheets.

"Hey, how ya feeling?" Sam appeared in a towel in her doorway. "Oh, sorry Mrs. Brown."

Nicole chuckled. "It's okay. I'll leave you two. Holler if you need me." She kissed Audrey's cheek before heading out.

Sam watched Nicole walk down the stairs. He looked over to Audrey. His cheeks were flushed. His girlfriend's mom had just seen him in nothing but a towel. Audrey smiled at him. She gestured for him to come over to her. He did as he was asked, closing the door behind him. He leaned down to kiss her. She held his face.

"I love you." She told him as they pulled apart.

"I love you too, but let me get some pants on." He smirked, kissing her again.

"My parents are conniving." She called as he grabbed some sweatpants.

"What do you mean?" He chuckled.

"My mom just came in and asked how I feel about spending time away from you." She explained. "I said no. Shut that down right away."

"Huh, guess we'll find out what's up soon." He shrugged, dropping into the bed beside her.
