Mack sent Kaylynn a text saying he just landed. She sent back a smiley and told him she's be waiting for him. His parents were picking him up from the airport before he was going over to Aaron's. Since Kaylynn lived there now, and no one would be home that night, it was perfect for them.

Mack showered and changed before walking over to Aaron's. He knew to not bother knocking, walking right inside. He stayed quiet as he walked right into the kitchen. He paused at the doorway, tilting his head at the fridge. He walked over and read the note on the whiteboard. It was Kaylynn's writing.

I'm sorry you had a not so great time in Alberta. I just want to remind you that I love you and I'm always here for you. Now, grab a beer and come grab my ass when you're ready...

P.S. Erase this so everyone else doesn't see.

Mack laughed. He wiped the board off, shaking his head. He opened the fridge, seeing a six pack sitting front and center. He grabbed the entire pack before climbing up the stairs.

Kaylynn smiled at him as her door open. She climbed off the bed as he set down the six pack. She ran at him, leaping into his arms. She wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck. He held her tight, spinning her around. He took a woof of her hair.

"God, I missed you so fucking much." He told her as he held her.

She leaned back, grabbing his face. "Not as much as I missed you." She sobbed, stroking his face.

"Baby, are you crying?" He laughed, setting her on the bed.

"Yes! I didn't know what to do without you!" She growled, wiping her face.

"You missed me, huh?" He grinned.

She nodded. "A lot."

He leaned over her, holding himself up on the bed with an arm on either side of her. "Show me." He whispered before she pulled his lips down to hers.

Kaylynn and Mack showed up fifteen minutes late for Audrey's barbecue the next night. Audrey crossed her arms, shaking her head at the couple. Sam rolled his eyes, pulling her into him. Mack grinned at Sam.

"Good seeing you." Sam said, tapping his fist to Mack's.

Holiday walked into with Andre, Haydn, and Kylee. Audrey and Sam walked over. Holiday introduced Kylee to Audrey while Andre introduced Haydn to Sam. The girls went one way to introduce Kylee to everyone and the guys went the other.

"Dani's calling me." Audrey frowned, putting her phone to her ear. "Where are you?"

"Driving." Danielle explained. "Michael ordered some fancy skates and we had to drive out two hours to get them."

"Are you on your way there or back?" Audrey growled.

Danielle looked over at Michael. "On our way back."

"About a half hour." Michael told her, squeezing her hand.

"We'll be there in a half hour." Danielle said before she ended the call.

"Thanks for driving out with me. I know it was boring." Michael sighed.

She shook her head, reaching forward to turn down the mixed CD she made for him. "I love being around you, Mikey. I don't care what we do."

He smiled before he leaned over and kissed her.

At Audrey's, Holiday noticed Kylee watching someone as they say on the edge of the pool. Holiday smirked, nudging her. Kylee jumped. She didn't get a chance to say a work before she was in the pool. She surfaced and glared at her brother. He blew her a kiss. She climbed out, sitting next to Holiday.

"Why didn't you say a word to Andre?" Kylee asked, drying off.

"We're not talking." Holiday glared.

"Oh." Kylee frowned.

"So who were you staring at?" Holiday grinned.

"Eric." Kylee growled. "He's so ugly but so cute."

"Go talk to him." Candice said, sitting next to her.

"God, he's friends with Haydn though." Kylee rolled her eyes.

"So? Doesn't mean he won't like you!" Candice joked. "Just go!"

Kylee growled before she dropped into the pool. Eric was sitting in the corner of the shallow end. She swam over, jumping onto the space beside him. He smiled at her as she rung out her hair.

"Hi, I'm Kylee." She extended a hand.

"Eric." He shook her hand. "Haydn's sister, right?"

She nodded. "That's what people call me." She laughed.

"I'll call you Kylee." He grinned. "Did you swim all the way over here just to talk to me?"

She shrugged. "Kinda."

He smiled. "I like that."

A splash in the pool gained everyone's attention. Some people gasped and screamed at the water splashing on them. Holiday wiped down her glasses to see Andre approaching her. She lifted her legs out of the water, but he grabbed them.

"Please talk to me." He frowned up at her.

She exhaled. "Okay. Not here, though."

"Yes, here." He argued. "I need everyone to know how much I care about you. I know I fucked up by letting those girls drool all over me, but I'm just not used to having a girl as amazing as you. But I promise you, I never meant to hurt you. I just don't think sometimes."

She smiled. "I need to have more faith in you. I know you wouldn't do anything with those girls."

"You're the only girl I want to do anything with." He said as he pulled her into him.
