Alyssa Harlow finds a job with the Pittsburgh Penguins as a new physical trainer. Before she knows it her best friends double as her co-workers. And when they introduce her to Private Nate Goode everything seems perfect.

Sidney Crosby has watched their new trainer go from a stranger to one of his best friends all the while watching her and his old friend Nate fall in love. He's torn between happiness and dread. As much as he wants to celebrate he can't help but feel like he missed out on something special. When the worst happens Sidney has to choose between friend and friend.
