Arrow Hawk: Birth of the Hockey Avengers

Showtime and Captain Blackhawk are both making out to the side. Scorpion is watching with his arms folded and a smug grin on his face. Star Vision has found his sandwich and is eating it. Arrow Hawk and Sabrebow are fiddling around with their bows and speaking in Russian to each other. Chaos, Iceshot and Portal are conversing. For once Iceshot and Chaos aren't being hostile to each other.

“So what's the news?” Star Vision asks with his mouth full of sandwich.

Zvezda smiles at him. “Well...I need John.”

Portal turns to her. Chaos instantly frowns, leans back and sticks his tongue out at Iceshot, who copies him. Portal smacks them both on the arms and they stop. “What do you need me for?”

Zvezda looks at him. “I need you to get me Brooke and Kelly...or Psychica.”

“Will do. Be right back.” Portal vanishes into the thin air. Zvezda turns to her squad, keeping a close eye on Iceshot and Chaos.

Within seconds, Portal reappears with Kelly and Brooke. Kelly looks eager and Brooke is confused.

“What's going on here?” Brooke Johnson asks, raising an eyebrow.

“Kelly didn’t tell you? Nevermind. We got major problems and need all the help we can get.” Zvezda smiles at her friends.

“Who pissed who off now?” Kelly inquires.

“Well it wasn't me.” Scorpion folds his arms across his chest and raises his head up high.

“It was Tyler,” Star Vision says.

“That's Scorpion to you, Jamie.” Scorpion punches Star Vision.

Star Vision punches him back. “It's Star Vision to you.”

Zvezda shakes her head. “Tyler, Jamie, please. Enough.”

“Actually, it was Gabriel,” Chaos grumbles.

Iceshot glares at the Tampa Bay forward. “No. It was Vladdy.”

Portal smacks them both on the head.

Zvezda hits the palm of her hand against her forehead. “It was no one's fault. But it started because Quick Save, Jonathan Quick, wanted to experiment on Val for some reason.”

“It true. I no want to be "experiment". I just archer...and hockey player.” Arrow Hawk smiles and throws his hands up in a questioning way.

Zvezda pats him on the arm. “You're okay buddy. Same with you Nikita.”

Captain Blackhawk interjects, “Z's right, we're going to have to go after the villains. Quick Save, Red Wing, Canuck and Vanek.”

“Exactly. And that is why I called on Psychica - digging the new name - and Brooke.”

Psychica salutes her friend, tapping her wand’s tip to her head. “At your service Evelyn.”

Scorpion slips up to her. He holds his hand out, smiling sweetly. “Hi there, my name's Tyler Seguin. Or Scorpion. It's a pleasure to meet one of Evelyn's beautiful friends.”

Zvezda sighs. “Oh, Tyler, get away from her. No, flirting.”

Brooke folds her arms and scoffs. Tyler spots her as Psychica shakes his hand awkwardly. He walks over to her now.

“Hi there, my name's Tyler Seguin—”

“TYLER!! Stop!” Zvezda scolds.

Star Vision chuckles to himself. “Classic Tyler Seguin. Always the ladies' spy man who gets captured and tied down to chairs.”

Scorpion spins to Star Vision and raises an eyebrow. “Don't even make me, Chubbs. And I don't always get tied to chairs; I saved your pathetic ass from Petrovic the Mad Scientist. He was about to cut you open and "perform hip surgery" but luckily I had a hunch and rushed to the rescue!”

“Alright, I'm done with bickering. Gabriel, Vladdy GET ALONG! For goodness sakes it was only an accident during a game. What happens on the ice, stays on the ice. And Tyler and Jamie you're best friends. Tyler, learn to bite back on your tongue and stop hitting on EVERY woman you come across.” Portal screams and teleports out of sight. He returns in a heartbeat though, his chest heaving with his worked up fury.

Zvezda steps forward toward him. “John, calm down. John, it's okay.”

Portal teleports again. He returns a few seconds later holding a chilling fruity beach-type drink. He sips on the straw and then notices everyone looking at him. “I'm good now.”

“Where'd you get one of those? I want one!” Star Vision whines.

“Chubbs...” Scorpion shakes his head and turns back to put an arm around Brooke.

Brooke picks the black-sleeved arm up and removes it from her shoulder. “Not into brunettes.”

“How about me?” Iceshot tries, flashing her a smoldering look.

Brooke looks him over. “Eh, we'll see.”

Zvezda waves her hands in the air before her. “ANYWAY, what are we gonna do about the villains? We need a plan.”

“What if we split up and get in groups to take on each villain separately? Like Jonny and I can team up with Tyler and Jamie and take on Red Wing?” Showtime suggests.

Captain Blackhawk smiles and hugs the blond close to him. “Kaner, you're so hot when you make such a stellar idea for a plan!”

“I learned from the best!” Showtime smiles back.

“You ARE the best!”

“Aw, Jonny...”

“Patrick.”

Captain Blackhawk turns to Showtime and grabs his head in his hands. He leans down and plants a kiss on top of the blond’s lips. Showtime lets his arms fall to the sides of him, as if to say ‘take me Jonny’ and then his leg lifts upward.

Zvezda turns to the others. “Anyone else have a plan, cause believe it or not that one was pretty awesome. Nice work Patrick.”

Showtime grins in the arms of Captain Blackhawk, who is stroking his hair gently and lovingly. He looks happy.

Chaos shrugs. “I like Patrick's plan, but who's going after Vanek...it seems like it would take all of us to take him down!”

“Good point Vladdy. How about we focus on taking down Red Wing, Canuck and Quick Save first? Then we can all worry about Vanek,” Zvezda agrees with a curt nod.

“But what if Vanek doesn't care about that?” Chaos questions.

“He has a point,” Portal speaks up.

“If I may interject here, John and I can worry about distracting Vanek. That way you can take out the other three and then we can all go after him!” Psychica exclaims, flicking her wand about the air happily.

“No, no, no. I'll distract him. After all if I seduced Tyler Seguin already, Vanek's nothing. What's he look like?” Brooke remarks, shooting Scorpion a clever look. She folds her arms across her chest and strikes a pose.

“Uglier than Jamie Benn,” Scorpion responds, laughing.

Star Vision snaps his head to the side and carefully zaps Scorpion on the butt with his laser vision. “No.”

“It was a compliment, geez. No friendly fire there, Chubbs.”

Star Vision shrugs and turns back to Zvezda, who is frowning.

The redheaded heroine faces the group and addresses them, her wings flapping sharply behind her. “Vanek’s no Hollywood movie star, but...well no, he’s uglier than a bag of onions. But you can do it! So Brooke will seduce Vanek, John, Vlad and Gabriel can worry about the civilians, CB, Patrick, Tyler and Jamie can take care of Red Wing and Kelly, Nikita, Val and I will take care of Vanek. Now that everyone’s here and ready, let’s get back to the battle and let’s do this thing! Vanek can’t chase us away or reap victory!”

“Hell no!” Scorpion and Chaos exclaim in unison.

“Let’s go Hockey Avengers!” Captain Blackhawk exclaims. “We got this!”
