You were always the One

"Ok heat the water to a boil and add salt. So far so good" I told myself while reading the direction out of the pasta box.
I have no clue what came over me. I saw her standing there looking all sad, when Hags asked her that question. The words just came out of my mouth and invited her over. I don't know why but I feel this connection. She's so easy to talk too and it's doesn't hurt that she's beautiful. We only met yesterday but I want to get to know her more. This is all so weird cause I'm a real shy guy and it takes forever for me to warm up.
"Hello Hun we are home" Zuc and Hags said while walking into the kitchen.
"Hey guys" I said while shaking my head.
"Do I smell some cooking?" Hags asked.
"Yea I'm trying to make spaghetti and meatballs"
Both the boys started laughing real hard and were holding there stomachs. I rolled my eyes and continued my way to the sink.
"Wait you're not kidding?" Hags asked.
"No. I have to learn how to cook don't I?"
"Yea thats perfectly fine but for a girl?" Zuc's said.
"Especially a girl who isn't your girlfriend" Hags said while siting on the counter.
"Listen she's a new trainer who doesn't know anyone and she's in a new state with new people"
"she was born and raised here in New York, remember?"
"Ok if this is based on friendship, then you won't mind us joining you two" Zuc's asked.
"Not at all" i said while seasoning the ground beef.
"Perfect, I will help as soon as I change" Mats said while walking out of the room.

My heart started to race while I was about to ring the door bell. I don't understand why I feel like a school girl who has a crush. I feel so foolish for even thinking like this. Breath in and out Nina, they are just being nice. Beside they all have girlfriends and you sort of have someone back in Chicago. I took a deep breath and knocked.
"Come in the door is open" Mats yelled.
I pushed the door open and noticed smoke coming from the kitchen.
"Oh man you were supposed to have them in there for 15 minutes! Not 30!" I heard Derick yell.
I chuckled to myself and continued walking to the mess that they were making. Hags was sitting on the counter recording the whole thing. Mats was busy fanning smoke away from the fire alarm. Derick was trying to save whatever he can for dinner.
"do you need help?"
"Yes! can't you tell they need help?" Hags said.
"Well you are no help" Derick yelled at him.
I dropped my bag and the bottle of wine on the counter. I quickly opened the sliding door, which let all the smoke go away.
"well dinner is gonna be served pretty late" Derick said with a sad tone.
"Its ok let me help, Hags can you please open the bottle of wine" I said.
"and Zuc's set the table up. I got this" I said while grabbing the apron off of Brass.
.....
"Thank god that you came to the rescue" Mats said while taking a sip of his wine.
"Why Thank you, but I will not take all the credit. Drock did most of the work"
"Yea, but you saved dinner" he said with his infamous smirk that has been growing on me.
"Well since you two did all the cooking, its only fair that we help clean. Right Zuccy?" Hags said while picking up some plates.
"I helped cook"
"more like burnt the garlic bread" brass said.
We all chuckled and I continued drinking my glass.
"Shall we head into the living room and pick a movie?" Derick asked.
"Sure" I quickly got up
There living was the biggest room in the house. There was a huge wrap around couch with a coffee table in the center. In front of them was a huge 50" flat mounted on the wall. There was a X box plugged in with multiple remotes all over the floor.
"Make yourself comfortable" he said while taking a seat and grabbing the remote. I took a seat next to him and criss crossed my legs.
"What do you wanna watch?"
"Well how about we play with that Xbox?"
His eyes widen " you want to play Call of duty?"
"Omg yes! I haven't played in forever"
He quickly got up, grabbed the remotes and handed me on.
"Oh it's on New York" he quickly put the game on.
.....
"And how does it feel to be beat by a girl" I yelled by getting up and throwing the remote on the couch.
"God dam! What the fuck just happened" he said with his cute French accent.
"You just got beat by a girl" Hags said walking in with a bowl of popcorn.
"Can we watch a movie now" Zuc said while siting next to me.
Brass switched the screen, while hags sat with us and we all got comfortable.
"What do you wanna watch?"
"Um how about Titanic?" Zuc suggested.
We all looked at and gave him a weird look
"What? It's a romantic movie?"
"Um no" I said with a chuckle.
"What about neighbors?" Brass suggested.
"Perfect!" Hags and I said.
...
"God dam Zac Effron is hot" I said while looking at the screen.
"Woe calm down there girl" brass said while getting up as the credits started.
"You know we all have better abs then him right?" Zuc said.
"Oh please" I said rolling my eyes with a smile.
"Are you saying that we aren't fit for men?" Hags said defensively.
"Matter fact I'm!"
"That's it boys! Take off your shirts!"
All three "men" for up and stood in front of the flat.
"One,two,three" Zuc yelled.
They all lifted their shirts and exposed there amazing tan God like bodies. My eyes widen and I quickly opened snapchat.
"Smile for the camera" I said.
They all gave their famous smile and I snapped the picture.
"They are way hotter than Zac Effron" I captioned and put it on my story board.
"Thank you"
"What have gotten our selves into" Brass said while taking the seat next to me.
"Well I better get to bed" hags said.
"More like call Erica" Zuc said.
"Yea well at least I have a girl! Night Nina" he yelled why walking out the room.
"Night Carl!" I yelled back.
"Wanna bing watch on some Netflix?" Derick asked me.
"I thought you never asked! Mats join us?"
"Of course, I got no girl. Why not"
We all got comfortable on the couch and I was happy to be around good people.
