Maggie's POV
I was doing really well. Work was going great and Tom and I had hired a wedding planner, since we're both really busy. James, my brother, was flying in from home and we were gonna go to the game with some of my co-workers. James took a cab from the airport to Walter Reed and my coworkers had brought some clothes to change into and drive together to the Verizon Center. Andre and I teased Tom that I would wear an Ovi jersey "If Ovi put that ring on your finger then feel free to wear that" I was typing out a grant when I got a call from the front desk "Ma'am, there's someone here to see you" and I knew that it was James. I didn't get to see him when I was home, since he was working in LA. "Geeze, what does a guy have to do to see his sister?" I heard James playfully ask my boss "Mr. Ryan, it is great to work with your sister. The other Vets are slowly warming up and respecting her" and that's when James made the "Mr. Ryan's my dad and I don't see him here" joke. I started giving James the tour, but my coworkers decided to hit on my brother. "Man, they grow 'em tall there" Stacy said "I don't know how to respond to that..." James asked "That you're tall and the other Canadian men that she's met are also tall." and with that, I went to go change into Tom's Bears jersey and we were off to the game.
