Chapter 12

They get home and all change

"Hey me and Geno are going to talk for a little in my office” Sid says to Cassie

" Ok I am just going to watch tv” Cassie says

Ok” Sid says to her then turns to Geno and says I want to talk to you about a few things Sid says

“Ok” Geno says wondering what was up

They walked into his office and sat down and Sid says “I need to talk to you but no told you so please” “

Ok” Geno says

“Ok last night I realized what Pascal said and even you is true” he says

“What true” Geno asks

"That I am in love with Cassie” Sid says

"Finally” Geno says happy

"Yeah but G I can't do anything about it” Sid says

"Why not” Geno asks

"She is my best friend and she most likely does feel the same” Sid says

“She feel same trust me” Geno says

"How do you know that” Sid asks

"She always support you plus the way she looks at you” he says

lI would be devastated if I acted on this and she didn't feel the same way and we lost our friendship” Sid says

"Never happen you talk to her” Geno suggests

"I don't know” Sid says

“You need this do it please” Geno says

“Will you stay in case it goes bad” Sid asks

“I plan on staying but don't need me for this” Geno says

"G I don't know if I can do this” Sid says

“Sid you one best friends you can do this she love you too I just know it “ Geno says

“I will feel it out tonight all I can promise right now” Sid says

“Ok but you fool if you don't take chance” Geno says

"Yeah now the other thing I wanted to talk about “ Sid says

“There more” Geno Asks

"Yes” Sid says

“Ok” Geno says

“ Egveni” Sid starts as soon as Geno heard his friend and captain use his full name he knew this was more serious “I need you to step up for a while and sort of be the captain it's important til I am totally back this team needs someone out on the ice” Sid says

" Sid you captain you always captain “ Geno says

“Yes but G I won't be on the ice for bit maybe even longer and someone on the ice needs to be the captain out there and I need it to be you, trust me you can do this and you are the one I trust” Sid says

"Means a lot you saying this” Geno says

"Good thanks and you know I am still here and if there a problem or issue you can come to me” Sid says

“I know and I will do my best” Geno says

"Good and thanks now let's go back out there cause Cassie will be looking for us” Sid says “Now you talk to her” Geno says We will see G” Sid says

This was one of my fave chapels to write having him telling someone how he feels and of course Geno like finally we known this lol and wanting him to tell her.... does he do what G wants him to do?
