Knocked Down, Rise Above

Chapter 13

Cassie was on the couch and sees them coming back from their talk and says “everything ok”

“Yeah everything is fine just about the team” Sid says

“Ok” Cassie say

The guys go to sit down in the living room. and Geno says to Cassie

"Sid need to talk to you”

"Ok what's up” Cassie says

“G not now” Sid says

“Yes now if you wait I know you won't do” Geno says

"What's going on” Cassie says

"Sid do or I tell her” Geno says knowing Sid wouldn't want that Sid knew Geno would so he have to do it.

"Ok I have to do this please don't be upset or mad ok” Sid says

"Ok” Cassie asks worried about what was coming

"I should have realized this a long time ago even with a few people telling me and I am dumb for only realizing last night but I love you I am in love with you think it's been there for a few years” Sid says trying to get it all out

"Finally good” Geno says

Cassie sat there shocked she realized a while ago that she had feelings for him and loved him but figured he never feel the same way so they only ever be best friends

“Cass can you say something” Sid says more nervous

"Yeah put him out of his misery “ Geno says

“Sorry was in shock cause I realized a bit ago I loved you but figured we could only be best friends cause you didn't feel the same” Cassie says

“Wow can't wait to tell Pascal he missed this Geno says laughing

“Does this mean you are willing to give us a try” Sid asks

“Yes always would be yes” Cassie says

“See told you “ Geno says laughing

“G can you please shut up for a minute “ Sid says

“Sorry” Geno says

“Thank you for taking a chance on us” Sid says to Cassie

“I would always take a chance on us just never thought there would be a possibility of a chance on us” Cassie says

“Yeah I know should have realized a lot sooner than this i am sorry about that truly I am but your my best friend and even now I am scared cause I don't want to lose you” Sid says

"You aren't going to lose me so no worries about that” Cassie says Sid pulled her closer to him holding her and kisses her head

"Now can I be happy you two together” Geno asks

"Sure Geno” Cassie says laughing

"Man I need text Pascal” Geno says

"Please no G we can tell him tomorrow if you message him now he going to be all over me and telling everyone else and I am going to be hounded majorly by everyone when I get there and it's already going to be a crazy day” Sid says

“Geno just wait til tomorrow then I promise you can tell whoever you want however you want ok” Cassie says

“Fair deal” Geno says They watch the rest of a show before going to bed

“You are laying with me tonight” Sid says

"Ok are you sure” Cassie says

"Yeah baby I need to hold you tonight “ sid says

“Well then lets go to bed I can deal with you holding me all night” Cassie says

“Good” Sid says

They head to bed and Sid pulls the blankets back once in bed Sid pulls her closer and kisses her head he was at peace and ready to sleep
