Trouble in the King's Court

Chapter 9

New York City Courthouse. Noon.

It was going to be quite the emotional day. Aly was preparing to testify against Henrik towards everything he did to her. She was scared and anxious, but had many people behind her. Aly arrived in the courtroom with her lawyer. Chris and Kristina were sitting directly behind them, just as nervous as she was.

"You'll be okay, girl. We love you," Kristina whispered.

Aly simply nodded. Henrik and his lawyer soon came in and sat on the other side. He was in a deep blue suit and just seemed sober. Usually, when men do these kind of actions, they have no feelings of remorse. Hank, however, just seemed like he was ready to break down.

"Are we ready to begin?" the judge asked.

Henrik stood up, "Your honor, before we begin, may I say something?"

"Normally, no. Your lawyer has to speak on your behalf, but I will allow," the judge answered.

Henrik turned to Aly and her attorney, "Aly, I am so sorry I did what I did to hurt you. I'm sorry to my wife, my daughters, the organization, and my fans. I was re-evaluated while being in jail and it was determined I have a severe mental illness. There were demons that told me to perform those actions. I was just so overtaken by them, I couldn't stop. I am so sorry."

Aly felt tears well up in her eyes. She has dealt with a mental illness for eight years and understood what it was like to be controlled. She stood up also, "Henrik, I get it. I have an illness, or illnesses, myself. I have PTSD, anxiety, depression and bipolar. It is a battle every single day with your own mind. Your honor, please. Give Henrik help, not jail. It's what he needs."

Everyone in the courtroom was stunned, but it was all making sense. The judge raised his gavel, "Henrik Lundqvist, you are sentenced to thirty days in a mental institution. We will re-evaluate you again after one month. Court dismissed."

The guards took Henrik away. Aly turned to her friend and Chris, "What just happened?"

"I'm not sure. How are you feeling?" Chris asked.

"I...I think I'm okay," Aly answered.

Kristina held her friend's hand, "Do you want to go to the game tonight still? Chris, I know AV gave you the night off."

Aly shook, "I just want to go home. I'll come to game two."

"Well, since Carl is out with a sore hand, I'll go to the Pens press box and sit with him. Hey, you're going to be okay girl. It's okay, I promise," Kristina re-assured.

While Kristina headed to see Carl, Aly went back to Chris' place with him. She kicked off her heels and soon felt Chris' fingertips trace the back of her neck, "Ooh, that tickles."

"I want to have you, but I know you're probably in no mood. We can wait," Chris said.

Aly turned around to face him, "Give me the best time. I need it. I crave it."

Chris unzipped her dress, watching it fall to the floor. He cupped her breasts and french kissed her, his tongue exploring all over inside her mouth. He mumbled to her, "You taste so delicious. I needed this."

The two of them somehow made their way to his bedroom. Upon reaching the mattress, Aly ripped off his collared shirt, pants, and boxers which left him in perfect view. She spread her legs and pushed himself inside her, "Oh fuck, that's the spot."

Chris thrusted in and out of her, "You are so lovely, baby. God I just want you forever."

"Have me forever," Aly panted. Their combined heat and rushes of passion fully took over and it was so beautiful.

Chris kissed all over her as they made love, "I know how bad you needed this."

"I needed more than this. I need you," Aly huffed.

Chris kissed her deeply, "Then be mine? Please?"

Aly felt happy tears well in her eyes, "Yes. Of course!"

The two of them made love before deciding to go to MSG to watch the game. We can only pray that Henrik would learn his lesson over the next month and that he would get the treatment he needs.
