Trouble in the King's Court

The first few months with baby Ava have been stressful, crazy, but wonderful. It was truly beautiful for Aly and Chris to see their daughter grow, giggle, and smile. His parents flew down from Boston for the season to help out, especially when the team is on road trips and they have been such a blessing. It was close to the holiday season in New York City, as well as the one-year anniversary of what went down with Henrik. Aly kept herself busy to distract herself, but it was in the back of her mind.

The Rangers were on the Garden ice for noon skate, prior to tomorrow night's game against the Washington Capitals. It would be the last game before the four-day holiday break for all the teams, and New York wanted to end on a good note, especially against a division rival. While the team practiced, Aly was prepping her questions for her pre-game standup with defenseman Brady Skjei.

"Aly! Hey! How are you!?" a voice called out.

Aly looked up and saw one of her dear friends, in MLB Network host Kelly Nash, "Hey Kel! I'm doing pretty good! You?"

"Amazing. I heard about baby Ava! She is so beautiful! Congratulations," Kelly smiled.

"Thank you! Come by any time after the holidays, I'd love for you to meet her!" Aly grinned.

Kelly nodded, "Of course. So, how've you been since the ordeal went down?"

Aly took a deep sigh, "I've been alright. Chris has been helping in distracting me. It's just in the back of my mind because New Years' Day will be one year since I met him for the job. It's so hard not to think about it."

Kelly hugged her, "You are so strong. Look at you. You have your dream job, you're dating a hell of a guy and you are a mommy to a beautiful baby girl that needs you. You have exactly what you wanted."

"You're right, I do have that," Aly agreed.

"So, chin up buttercup and don't let that crown fall," Kelly added, wiping a tear on Aly's cheek.

Aly was so lucky to have Kelly in her life, especially after all she's done for her regarding internships and getting hired at MLB Network.

After practice and interviews, Chris felt he needed to help his girl relax and stay calm because of what is coming up. He asked his parents to handle Ava for the night while he took his girl out. He made her get all dolled up, then surprised her with a candlelit dinner at his favorite restaurant, Serafina, the same place where they had their first date.

"Chris, baby, what is all this for?" Aly asked, sipping her wine.

Chris placed a hand on her thigh, "You deserve it after everything that has been going on, plus I know it's been so stressful. I am so proud of you and the warrior you are."

Aly blushed, "Baby, you are so good to me."

Following a romantic dinner, Chris booked them a single night in a gorgeous hotel room that overlooked Times Square. They desperately needed alone time and knew it was finally going to happen. Aly kicked off her heels, falling back on the bed, "What a night."

Chris slowly climbed on top of his girlfriend, "Do you want to go further?"

"Love me like it's the last time," Aly panted against his lips.

Chris yanked down her thong from under her dress and spread her legs, immediately seeing she was dripping for him. He quickly removed his dress pants and boxers, and lined up against her, "Are you ready?"

"I've been ready. Get inside me now," Aly pleaded, grabbing the sheets.

The minute he entered her, all hell broke loose. They were both craving each other so much and just needed that alone time more than anything. Aly gripped the sheets tighter as he moved in and out, "Baby, that feels so good. Please keep going. Don't stop."

Chris exited her, ripped off her dress, and ate her out like a hungry lion. He was so into his girl and just craved more despite getting what he needed. He loved her so much, "You're so amazing, holy shit babe."

"Only the best for you," Aly moaned, pulling his curly brown hair.

"Want more?" Chris looked up, with a smirk on his face.

Aly giggled and bit her lip, which he knew was her signal for a good time. He pulled his lips away and kissed her body while giving her one of the best intimate moments of their relationship. With everything going on and what was coming up, the time was needed. But what would happen when Henrik is once again, re-evalauted? Wait and see....
