Crosby Thigh Meat Soup w/Penne

INGRED:
1 whole Crosby thigh, cooked, boiled in a pot of water long enough so that the meat will be tender enough to be removed from the bone.
1/6 box of Penne pasta, or, 1 cup dry, cooked desperately until Au Dente.
Dash of garlic powder
1 tsp of gr. Black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 medium carrot, sliced evenly
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced evenly
2 bay leaves
4 cups either water, Crosby, or beef broth.*
*if water, add in bullion for flavor.
1 celery stalk, chopped
TO MAKE:
After meat and pasta is cooked thoroughly, place meat within the broth, and let simmer on low for 5 minutes.Gradually add in this order: carrot, tomato,celery,bayleaves,garlic powder,black and cayenne pepper.
Let cook together for 25 min on medium heat. Add in pasta, and cook for 5 more min on low.
Lastly, let cool for 15 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
