Burns Brisket w/grilled peaches

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Whole Brent Burns brisket, sliced medium-thin into smaller fillets
Extra-virgin olive oil, for coating
seasoned salt
Old Bay seasoning
Meat tenderizer
Panko breadcrumbs
Maple BBQ seasoning (McCormick)
TO MAKE:
Blend every spice in a bowl, olive oil (1/8 cup) in another.
Dip brisket slices in olive oil first, then the spices. Grill until thoroughly cooked (165°F)
Cut peaches along the seam all the way around and twist halves off the pit. Brush cut sides with vegetable oil. Cook, cut sides down, on a hot grill until fruit has grill marks, 3 to 4 min. Brush tops with oil, turn over, and serve.
