Warn us next time

I was legit scared yesterday getting a message that the domain for this site had expired when I logged on yesterday. I was so scared I was going to have to start over with all my stories. Not something I wanted to do.

Next time this happens a warning would be nice. Since I'm most likely not the only one who panicked that their stories were gone forever.

I'm glad the site is back but warn us next time that happens.

I definitely agree! Just in case though, I highly recommend saving your stories on Google Docs. I have my stories on there and when this happened, I wasn't too panicked, although I was going to miss my author's notes and views (since I don't save those).

The great thing about Google Docs is that it's free, you need a Google account in order to have it (practically everyone has a Google account) and can be accessed anywhere. Also, you can share it with others easily and work on it with another person if you're into co-authoring.

I actually write my stories on Word Pad and save them to a flash drive but Google Docs is a good suggestion too. I'll keep that in mind.
