*April's POV*

"Not like that." I laughed at James taking the guitar from him.

"What?!" He said laughing as well "I thought I was doing it right."

"Not even close." I said putting the guitar back on it's stand.

"Let's take a break." I said wandering over to the piano as James followed taking a seat next to me.

I began playing as James sat in silence.

Walking through this strange and crowded place Imagining your face, fighting my way through

I would glance up at him every so often to catch him looking right back at me.

"Who tought you how to play like that?" He asked when I was finished.

"Nobody." I said closing the lid over the piano.

"Ty tought me how to skate, but this." I said gesturing to all the instruments in the room. "It's all me."

"Wow."

"This is nothing." I said smiling "I mean you play hockey for a living that's pretty incredible."

"Your pretty incredible." He whispered inching closer to me on the bench.

"Yeah?" I asked

"Yeah." He nodded closing the distance between us just as there was a knock on the door.

*JVR's POV*

Again I was so close to having her lips on mine, and again we were interupted.

I looked up to see him standing in the doorway with his arms crossed.

"You guys done here?" He asked with a bit of an edge in his voice looking at me.

"Yeah we were uh just finishing up." April said getting off the bench as I did the same.

"Yeah I was uh just leaving." I said clearing my throat feeling the tension as Logan looked between me and April.

"Alright so uh I guess I'll see you tommorow." I said turning to April before heading out the door.

"Uh yeah see you tommorow." She said reffering to the practice we had in the morning.

"And it was nice to see you again Logan." I lied brushing past him down the hall and out the door.

*April's POV*

"What the hell was that?" Logan asked once we heard the front door close signaling that James had left.

"What are you talking about?" I asked walking past him into the kitchen.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about." He said accusingly as I got out a mug from the cuboard.

"I really don't." I said calmly taking out a tea bag and putting it in my mug.

"Why was he flirting with you?" He asked walking around the island and towards me. "And more importantly, why were you flirting with him?"

"I was not flirting." I hissed out. "Why are you freaking out over nothing? Do you not trust me?"

"Of course I trust you." He said his face softening walking closer to me. "I just don't trust them. I don't trust him."

"If you trust me, you know that you have nothing to worry about." I said wrapping my arms around his neck.

"But-"

"Ah ah." I interrupted putting a finger to his lips. "Nothing to worry about." I said pressing my lips to his in a soft kiss.
