If We've Got No Place To Go..

It's been two days since Tyler, Buffalo Wild Wings, and apparently Candi. The only contact to the outside world I've been apart of is calling my boss to let her know I'm "sick" and the Chinese place down the street that delivers. I just can't face anyone. I'm embarrassed that I didn't have better judgement about Tyler and that I let myself fall for him. I'm also mad at Jamie. He knows what happened between us, and I'm assuming he knows what happened with Candi.

When there's a knock at the door, second day hiatus, i jump up to get my sesame chicken I ordered. Instead of the take out guy, I see Jamie and Jordie Benn. I shut the door. "Jordan!" Jamie hollers. "Go away!" I snap. "Look, I don't know why you're mad at me, but we just want to make sure you're okay." "I'll be fine." I murmur.

"If you won't let me in, will you let Jordie?"
I roll my eyes. "Fine, but you have to wait outside." "Okay," Jamie says. I open the door and Jordie steps inside. "Hey," he smiles at me softly. Jordie is quieter than his little brother, but I trust him. "Hi." I say. "Do you want anything to drink? I have some water thats hot for tea." "No thanks," Jordie says. He follows me into the kitchen, where I fix myself some tea. "So, the guys have been worried about you." Jordie states, sliding into a seat at my kitchen bar. I laugh. "Why?" "Oh, I don't know..just a super sweet, smart, beautiful girls are around all the time." I blush, "Don't.." "It's true! So why haven't you been at work?" I look down. "Tyler..we..well, we kissed. Then he got mad and left..and I guess he.." I can't finish my sentence. Jordie gave me this look like he knew where I was going. "Hold on," he says. Jordie goes over to my door and pulls it open. "Hey, dip shit! Yes, you, come here." I see Jamie emerge from down the hall. Jordie pulls him into the apartment and shuts the door before saying, "Did you knows Segs f-slept with some chick after he got into it with Jordan?" Jamie's eyes widened. "No..oh jeez, Jordan, I had no clue. I wouldn't have had you two at lunch the other day if I had known."

I can't help but start crying. Two arms quickly envelop me and I am being crushed against Jamie's chest. "I'll talk to him." He murmured into my hair. "Thanks." Is all I can manage to say.
