The night as arrived where the best of the best have invaded Woodbine Racetrack, which is just outside of Toronto, for harness racing championship night. Something’s race is towards the end of the race card. Missy is on the track warming up Something. She’s warming up great until they see Black Mercedes warming up in the opposite direction so that he and his trainer and coming at Something and Missy. Missy quickly turns Something around and goes back to the barn. Not that she’s scared of Black Mercedes but when they were at the Jug he tried to mount Something and breed her. Missy doesn’t want Something to start producing foals still she’s 8 or 9 as she plans on racing her till then unless something happens to her. Missy and Something head back to the barn. The races fly by and it’s now time for the Breeders Crown for 3 yr old filly pacers. Call to post is played and the fillies make their way onto the racetrack. When the track announcer says Something’s name a loud cheer explodes. Missy looks around and sees the entire Penguins team in grandstand. She smiles and can’t believe Jordan got the entire team to come watch her super filly. Something wins in a world record time of 1:49 flat. Missy runs onto the track to greet her filly. She hugs Something’s neck and leads her into the Woodbine winner circle. She is then doing a post-race interview.

Reporter - You have a pretty special filly. How do you keep her sharp week after week?
Missy - I keep her to a light training schedule and give her the time away from the races when she needs it.
Reporter - What’s next for this super filly?
Missy - She will be getting a little time off till the Messenger at Yonkers and then she’ll be shut down until next year.

Missy finishes her interview and then heads back to the barn area. The other trainers come up to her and give her their congrats on having a great horse. She helps Leslie take off Something’s equipment and load it in the trunk. She then feels Jordan’s arms around her.

Jordan - You are so amazing.
Missy - It really meant a lot that you were here tonight.
Jordan - There isn’t anywhere else I wanted to be tonight then here with you.
Missy - That is so sweet.
Jordan - I meant it.

They begin looking into each others eyes and begin to kiss. Jordan asks Morgan if she would like to go back with him to his hotel room. Missy of course says yes cuz she wants some much needed alone time with him. Leslie tells them to go and that she’ll finish things up with Something and that’ll she’ll see Missy tomorrow when they get ready to head back to Pittsburgh. Jordan and Missy leave for the hotel where the team is staying. They get there and head up to Jordan’s room. They get ready for bed and then lay down on the bed. Missy snuggles up to Jordan and goes right to sleep. Jordan wraps his arm around Missy, gives her a kiss, and then goes to sleep a few minutes later until the next morning. Missy wakes up the next morning and gives Jordan a kiss.

Missy - (Wakes up and whispers in Jordan’s ear) I love you.
Jordan - (Wakes up to see Missy smiling at him) I love you too baby.
Missy - It was sure nice getting to cuddle with you last night.
Jordan - I’ve missed cuddling with you too. I’ve been thinking why don’t we start trying again for a baby once your racing season is done.
Missy - I would like that. I’ve been talking to my doctor about fertility treatments to increase my chances of conceiving and she put me on a fertility drug. I know starting a family is important to you and I want to be able to give you the family you want.
Jordan - You’re going through all this for me?
Missy - Of course I am. I love you so much Jordan and want us to have that family we both want.
Jordan - I love you too and you’re pretty amazing doing all this.

They begin looking into each others eyes and begin to kiss. Jordan caresses Missy’s face as they continue to kiss. They continue kissing until they are making love to one another. This lasts until Missy begins to moan lightly. They get out of bed and get dressed. They pack up their stuff and get ready to leave. Missy tells Jordan she will meet him at home. Jordan says that’s fine. He gives her a kiss and then leaves. Missy heads back to the racetrack to help Leslie load up Something so that they can head back home. Hours later they’re back in Pittsburgh. The girls stop at the farm to unload everything. Leslie helps Missy feed Something and they then head for home. Missy goes inside and takes her bags into the bed room. She finds Jordan sound asleep on their bed. She puts her bags down and then lays down on the bed beside Jordan. She wraps her arms around him and pulls him closer to her. She goes to sleep till later that night. A month passes and it’s Messenger Stakes night at Yonkers.
