I barged into my apartment, throwing my keys onto the coffee table and sinking into the couch with Kona in my lap. My first day back after the accident wasn't easy. The teaching was super easy but all the stress on my feet and my back. Everything was aching and all I wanted to do was throw on one of Jon's t-shirts that he leaves here for when he slept over and cuddle into my bed with Kona and watch Netflix on my laptop. I needed to know if Chuck loved Blair or not.

After much convincing from my mind to my feet, I dragged myself into my bedroom and noticed something. All of Jon's clothes were gone, his watch on the bedside table, all of his clothes and shoes, and his phone charger wasn't in the wall. I was worried, all the stress and pain in my feet disappeared as I jumped to grab my phone and call Jon. After two rings he picked up.

"Hey Liz what's up?" He asked nonchalantly

"What the hell do you mean whats up Jon! Where is all of your stuff I thought you got kidnapped or something! Holy crap…"

Jon let out a light chuckle before he started again, "Relax Liz, I just moved all my stuff back to my apartment. I mean we basically did move in together on the first date right? Anyways, your basically all better know so there isn't a need for me. And lastly, I'm paying rent until this Thursday for this month and I've barely been here!"

"Well….I guess that's fine."

"Hey how about you come over for dinner at my place tonight? We can eat and watch a movie or something."

"Dinner huh?" I laughed not thinking Jon could make anything but a simple salad.

"Yes, I can cook thank you!" He laughed, "I gotta go, my place at 6 and bring Kona I love that dog."

"Will do see you tonight Jon- text me your address."

And with that we hung up. I guess one of my old track t-shirts would have to suffice. I threw one on (pants not included) and opened up my laptop.

"KONA!!" I yelled and my little spaniel came running towards me. I cranked up the AC and snuggled up with Kona and watched gossip girl.

I walked up to apartment 7A in building 2. It was a really nice complex and everyone seemed friendly enough. I wore a ralph lauren oversized sweater in navy, some jeans, and my favorite red Hunter rain boots because it had started to drizzle.

"Hey!" Jon said looking happy to see me. He kissed me on the cheek and led me inside, "You look great. Get inside it looks like its about to storm."

I led Kona and I into his apartment and gasped.

"Oh my god Jon!"

On his white table lay a table cloth, a candle, two glasses of wine, and two plates of steak and vegetables.

"Told you I could cook!" He laughed as he pulled out my chair and ushered me to sit.

"Yeah, but never like this. Oh my gosh thank you!" I grabbed his hand on the table and squeezed it, "Seriously you don't have to do all this!"

"Yes I do. And you know it!," Jon smiled, "Cheers."

"Cheers!" I exclaimed clinking our wine glasses.

The steak was amazing. It seemed like restaurant quality and the veggies consisted of carrots, broccoli, and asparagus- all cooked perfectly. What struck me across my mind was what Rob had said that day- a new boyfriend? Was Jon my boyfriend? He never said anything. I am not like those sappy girls in the movies that don't just ask the guy if they are dating. I'm gonna say whats on my mind.

"Jon?" I asked, and he looked up from his steak. His blue eyes were glistening and I really hoped he said yes to my next question. I took a swig of wine before asking. "Are we like…boyfriend and girlfriend."

I guess I asked Jon at the exact wrong time because he started choking on his steak. I got up a patted his back to make it go down. After 3 pats it did and he started laughing.

"What?" Jon was doubling over. "What!!?" I asked starting to laugh. Once he regained himself, he looked into my eyes.

"I'm sorry for laughing it's just it really took me by surprise! And also," He took my hand from across the table like I did before and spoke, "It would be amazing to have a girlfriend as awesome as you."

I couldn't take it. I rushed over to his seat with a megawatt smile. I loved Jon, but I could't say that yet…. right? I gave Jon a huge kiss lasting a good 30 seconds.

"And I would be lucky to have a boyfriend as charming as you!" I laughed nuzzling my head into his chest while giving him a hug. We stayed like that for a good 5 minutes and I finally returned to my empty plate.

"Don't think dinner is over yet!" Jon said while clearing my plate, "quick close your eyes!"

I did what was told and a couple of seconds later I had Jon yell "Open!" which I did. Sitting in front of me were 6 chocolate covered strawberries. I loved these things.

"Holy crap Jon you really went all out!" I gave him a kiss as he returned to his seat, "Thank you seriously- you really didn't need to do all this to impress me!"

"Well know that you're my girlfriend…." I couldn't resist this man! I walked over and sat in his lap.

"Well I hope my boyfriend like strawberries.." I whispered putting one in his mouth.

"He sure does."

Followed by more and more make out sessions we actually sat down and watching The Hunger Games considering Jon has never seen it . He wished Kona and I a safe ride home and walked me to my car- in the rain. I gave him a quick peck before getting in my car and driving away.

I have a boyfriend! I kept thinking and the whole way home there was a smile on my face and the butterflies Jon gives me just thinking about him.
