Friday morning, around 2:00 am

It was pitch black, when Patrick Kane’s eyes flew open, as he experienced an abnormal feeling on his lips. As his eyes adjusted to the darkness, he could see a masked figure hovering over him. Dark eyes full of malicious intent burned into his own. He suddenly wasn’t so sleepy. As he tried to yell, he discovered he could not. And it was then, that he realized that a gloved hand was clamped over his mouth.

He instantly felt panic-stricken. He kicked and tried to pull at the mask and the glove. What the hell was this dickhead doing? Was it Patrick Sharp pulling a sick prank on him? He was so tired tonight, that he hadn’t changed out of his clothes. So instead of wearing pajamas, he had on a pair of jeans and a red Chicago Blackhawks’ fan shirt.

Suddenly there were two pairs of hands were on him. Two people were holding him down. One hand remained over his mouth, preventing him from screaming out for help. Two hands were yanking at his left arm, while another hand had his right arm immobilized. They held him tightly, finally hauling him off of his bed.

Patrick struggled, trying to break free. He kicked his lamp off of the nightstand beside his bed and then heard a thunderous crash as the chair at his desk was toppled onto its side. He was slammed onto the bed and pinned down.

He kicked and thrashed about, as the hand was removed from his mouth and a cloth was instantaneously inserted in its place and wrapped around his face. He felt the material being tied behind his head, securing the gag in place.

He didn’t realize it, but his struggle, made him appear to be dry-humping the bed with pelvic thrusts. He was trying to dive backward and get the men off of him. One of the men punched him, square in the back, making his scream sharp and shrill behind the gag.

Patrick’s muffled cries turned to sheer panic, as one of the men grabbed his arms and held them still, smashing them together, so it was easier to bind his wrists. And before he knew it, the ropes were bound about his wrists and pinned behind his back. He helplessly shook, jerking around, unable to lift himself from the bed by himself. The cloth, wrapped around his mouth, stifled his cries and he choked on his own screams, gagging violently.

The two men helped him out finally, seizing him by either shoulder and yanking him backward to his feet. One of the men let go of him, while the other bent down and scooped him up at the waistline. He was slung over the man’s broad and muscular shoulder. Then he carried him out of his house and into the night air. He guessed that the partner wasn’t far behind.

His muffled cries echoed in the stillness of the evening and he was carefully laid in the trunk of a dark colored car. The lamps around the neighborhood glowed with a dim light. That was the last thing Patrick Kane saw, before the lid of the trunk was slammed shut, trapping him inside.

He was petrified. He had no idea what was going on or why. What had he done? All he knew was that he had just been kidnapped from his own home, bound and gagged and locked in the trunk of a mystery car.

The confines of the trunk made him feel claustrophobic. He wanted desperately to get untied. He tested the ropes out, but his arms and wrists were securely pinned behind his back, uselessly. After a few seconds, the car jolted to a start and zoomed off, away with the Blackhawk forward.

So why would someone kidnap the Chicago Blackhawks’ superstar, Patrick Timothy Kane Jr.?

This is going to be a fun idea! I have so many ideas! Again, I apologize to Kaner, because he is a frequent victim of kidnapping plots. Poor Kanerboo!! ;) ;(
