Forever and Always

Madeline laid on her bed, her foot on a pillow up. She hated this, she hated not being on the ice she hated not being with her friends, she hated bed rest. "How's my patient doing?" Aaron walked into her room with a new ice pack, great. "Annoyed at life, coming up with ideas on how to kill Sean Monahan, watching too many episodes of Laguna Beach on repeat. Stephen should be happy LC likes him. She's hot!" Aaron stood there laughing at her. "Stop it." She yelled hitting him with a pillow. "Wow do you want me to get hurt too?" He threw the pillow back in her direction and walked over to her. "Lauren's coming over in a little while." This time it was Madeline who laughed.
"Good joke Aaron, you are too funny." He looked serious. "You. Can. Not. Be. Serious." He held up the pillow as a shield, from her wrath. "Why is she stepping her disgusting feet in my house. My multi million dollar house my father scored a lot of goals for?" He got onto the bed and laid down next to her. "Well Morgan thought it would be nice for you and her to hang out, she can watch Laguna with you, you guys can bond." She didn't want to kill Sean anymore, she wanted to murder Morgan. "NO." She yelled. "You have no choice, please be nice, please Mads?" Why did he have to look so cute in salmon shorts, and an old ratty Barrie Colts shirt he dug up somewhere. "Fine. I guess I am going to have to deal with the Ice Princess." Aaron smiled at her. "Good, well if my patient has everything she needs, I am going to go pick up Nicky from the airport." Nick Budjugstad, Aaron's roommate and practically his only friend on the Panthers was coming to town for the week which meant almost zero Mads/Aaron time. "Tell Budy I say hi, and that I'll see him later." He nodded.

"Be nice to the Ice Princess!" Aaron yelled as he walked out and then stopped short in his tracks. "Aaron what is it?" She asked. "The door was open, Morgan told me I could just walk up here and into your room. He says it's like a thing people do..." Fucking motherfucker. Lauren Milton heard what Aaron said. Aaron looked back at Madeline and then at Lauren again. "Well sorry you heard that...I gotta go. See you later babe. You know RICE!" She couldn't believe he was leaving her at a time like this. "Fuck you." She whispered. "What?" Lauren asked. "Nothing sorry, he was just joking. Aaron has a weird sense of humor like one summer he cheated on me with his best friends little sister! " She could laugh about it now, but I guess other people couldn't. "Wait what?" Lauren sat down on her bed. "Yeah it was the summer before you and Morgan started dating, it's all fine now. We both cheated on each other because we had issues we didn't want to deal with but we dealt with them." Lauren was shocked, her jaw dropped. "I never knew that. Who did you cheat on Aaron with? Please say MDZ or Segs their hot." Morgan never told her. Morgan never told Lauren. "Uhm no, MDZ is literally the third Gilmore brother, and Segs is way too man slutty for my taste. It was Morgan, me and Morgan we had a thing." Lauren just stared at her blankly, and laughed. "Funny Madeline, but seriously Piets? Cody! Skinner?" She shook her head. "No Morgan Rielly. It was definitely Morgan I was there." Lauren was stunned. "Oh, he never told me that. Uhm well you look better then expected, and I, well I shouldn't over stay my welcome. I gotta go."

She rushed out of there so fast Madeline didn't know what happened. She grabbed her phone off her bed and texted Morgan. "The ice princess knows about us, maybe you should of told her before GETTING ENGAGED. She's probably about to bitch you out, and she probably may never let us talk again, she looked pretty upset. So this is goodbye Morgan...shelter yourself. Code Red: Ice Princess on the attack." She clicked send. She was half joking, half not. She didn't expect Lauren to allow her and Morgan to continue their friendship, they did have sex a lot. Like a lot that whole month of July. She couldn't believe what a slut she was back then. Like gross Mads gross.

Morgan read Madeline's text message and wanted to go die under a ditch. He never thought they would be alone without him, and he never thought Madeline would be that stupid to tell her. He was in the shit hole right now. "MADELINE GILMORE. YOU SLEPT WITH MADELINE GILMORE. YOU WERE HER SIDE BITCH." Lauren's voice echoed throughout their summer house. "Wow calm down. It was two years ago, and I wasn't her side bitch per say....We had a relationship just behind Aaron's back but me and A are all good now. And me and Mads are just friends." Lauren looked at him steaming. "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU. YOU FUCKED MADELINE GILMORE." It did sound bad. "I am sorry?" Lauren took the expensive engagement ring off her finger and threw it at him. "Go give it to Madeline. Apparently she's already been inside you, so a ring would be a nice gift." She walked up the stairs and Morgan picked up the ring off the floor. Nothing happened to it, thank god. He followed her upstairs. "Come on Lauren I am sorry! It was before we met, I've been over it and passed it for years. I love you baby, come on." She opened their bedroom door and looked at him with a glare. "They make fun of me. They call me Ice Princess. Aaron said it to her while he was leaving, they didn't know I was there. THEY HATE Me. They probably think I am some joke, because of you!" She slammed the door again. He grabbed his phone and leaned against the banister. "Can I come over? I've been exiled from my bedroom, and probably my house." Madeline answered him in no time. "Nicky B just got here, you know the guest room is yours. Come over we're ordering chinese and getting 24/7 ready. You know your favorite season with a certain Schenn and a certain MDZ." He loved being on 24/7 but the Flyers/Rangers was his favorite season. "I want 4 California rolls, and a steamed Vegetable dish. I'll be over in 10." Lauren just needed to blow off some steam, and he would let her do it in peace.

Aaron, and Madeline may of been right, she was kind of like an Ice Princess. Where's her wand?
