"Are we all mad at our boyfriends right now?" Danielle asked while she dipped a chip.

Her, Holiday, and Audrey were out for dinner. They had invited all the girls, but their boyfriends weren't idiots. So it was just them. Michael wasn't answering Danielle, Holiday felt Andre wasn't treating her right, and Audrey had no idea why she was mad.

Holiday nodded. "We have real reasons. Audrey is just a jerk."

Audrey frowned. "He just jokes around all the time and he's never serious and it's so much." She whined.

"Always being with him must be stressful." Dani sighed.

"I love being with him but it's like we have no space." Audrey explained. "I love him, I really do. I just really love being alone as well and I never get to be anymore. Maybe I'm just alone-time-deprived."

"All the sex you're having must make you pretty sleep deprived too." Holiday smirked.

Audrey rolled her eyes. "We haven't done it since the first time we did it." She confessed.

"What?" Both of her friends exclaimed.

"We've done other stuff, but he's just nervous about all of this." Audrey waved her hands. "Let's just change the subject. What happened with Andre?"

Holiday shrugged. "He's just such a flirt and he doesn't mean anything by it but it makes me so sad." She frowned. "I'm probably just insecure."

"It's fine to not like your boyfriend flirting with other girls, Hol." Danielle argued.

Holiday went to speak before her phone started to ring. Andre’s contact name and picture showed up. His name was “Bura” with the see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil monkeys. She said he didn’t get hearts because she wasn’t a weak shit. His contact picture was her hugging him, hiding her face, while he took a picture in the mirror with a giant smile on his face. She declined it.

“You need to talk to him at some point.” Audrey groaned.

“Now is not the point.” Holiday argued. “Besides, we’re out to dinner.”

Her phone buzzed again. This time it was a text. From Andre. She looked up at the girls. They both nodded, encouraging her to check. She took a deep breath as she typed in her passcode.

Whatever I did to make you so mad, I’m sorry and I don’t want to lose you.

She rolled her eyes before telling him what he did. He was constantly messaging girls. He didn’t mean anything by it, but Holiday knew what those girls were going for. Andre let out a breath of relief when he saw she actually replied and didn’t just read his message. He read it and that relief quickly left him. He was making her feel like shit and he wasn’t okay with that.

I never meant to hurt you. I love you and I promise I’ll fix this. I’ll make this work.

She furrowed her brows at the message before showing the girls. They both read it and looked to her. She was just staring at the table. He loved her? She took her phone back and locked it. She looked at her friends.

“Can you find a ride home?” She asked them.

Audrey nodded. “Go get your boy.” She said, waving her friend off.

Holiday nodded before she got up. She put down a twenty dollar bill and left the restaurant. Audrey swung around to where Holiday had been sitting so she would be across from Danielle. Dani was typing away on her phone. Audrey just watched her. Dani finished and locked her phone, putting it face down. She smiled at Audrey.

“Arguing with Michael?” Audrey chuckled as she took a sip from her straw.

Danielle shook her head. “Subtweeting him.”

“Dani,” Audrey growled.

“He deserves it, okay. He won’t text me back.” Dani rolled her eyes.

As if he knew she was talking about this, he texted her to stop being miserable. She rolled her eyes before the notifications for him favouriting all the subtweets about himself. She checked if he had said anything in reply.

@MDalColle71: Dani can subtweet about how much she hates me all she wants but she’s still the most important girl in my life!

She rolled her eyes, sliding her phone over to Audrey. “Maybe just text him back.” Audrey frowned.

“No, fuck him.” Danielle spat, pulling her phone back.

It buzzed as she picked it up. Michael had texted her again.

Even though you're being a complete grouch and keep subtweeting me. I still care about you more than you could ever imagine. I'll give you the time you deserve to be mad at me, I just want you to know that I'm sincerely sorry for what I have said and I’m coming over when you’re done with the girls because I can’t sleep without you.

She growled. “I’m gonna go call him.” She caved, sliding out of her seat.

Audrey smirked as she watched her friend walk outfront. She finished off her drink and picked at her food while she waited. She saw someone sit across from her and slowly looked up. It was Sam. She frowned, knowing that one of the girls had told him she was annoyed with him. He crossed his hands on the table, sighing.

“Hi.” He spoke.

“I’m sorry.” She blurted out.

“For what?” He furrowed his brows.

“For being dumb.” She exhaled. “For always getting mad at you for stupid shit. Why are you even with me?”

“Hey, woah,” He reached for her hand. “You’re totally crazy and have some crazy mood swings and you can be so difficult sometimes but it's really attractive and addictive and it’s why I love you."

“Are you for real?” She laughed.

“Audrey, you’re the craziest girl I know and I love it. I love you, no matter how often you get mad at me.” He argued.

She cracked a smile. “Thank you for putting up with me. You deserve an award.”

He rolled his eyes, moving to sit beside her. “You are my prize.” He told her before kissing her.

Danielle walked back in and froze when she saw the pair. Audrey pulled away from Sam, smiling up at her friend. Sam slowly turned to look at Danielle. Dani smiled.

“So all of us lovers are good?” She teased, sitting in her spot.

Sam nodded. “How’s your subtweeting going?” He teased.

Dani rolled her eyes. “I deleted all my tweets and talked to Michael. I’m just a spaz and he was asleep.”

“All that kid does is sleep. You should’ve known, Dan.” Sam shook his head.

“Well now he’s coming to pay for my lunch and pick me up, so who really won out of this fight?” She grinned.

Sam shook his head. “I wish someone would pay for my lunch.” Audrey whined, pouting at Sam.

He laughed. “I wasn’t invited. You can pay for it by yourself.” He told her before he kissed her cheek.
