Sara POV

Tyler sat there and played with the string handing on the bottom of his shirt for what felt like forever.
“Say something please” I said breaking the silence between the two of us. I had just opened up to him, leaving everything out on the table.
“I don’t know what to say,” he said running his hand through his hair. He was sitting cross-legged from me, our knees touching and thought I knew he was close but he felt so far away.
“Anything” I whispered.
“I just I’m trying to imagine me in your position. I can’t imagine not being able to play hockey anymore. You are so strong and I guess I’m just so in shock by your bravery” he said to my surprise.
“I’m not brave,” I answered.
“You came here and maybe you don’t think so but I think you came out here knowing Holly could help you. You’re not as lost as you think you are Sara, you know exactly why you’re here” He said grabbing my hand in his, It was warm and I didn’t realize it till then but it had been so long since I let someone besides Holly in. I started to cry and I don’t know if it was because of relief or fear. Tyler did something I didn’t expect he got up from the bed and I expected him to leave, to not be able to handle me but instead he came around the side of the bed and sat behind me, holding me to his chest.
“It’ll be okay,” he whispers as his hand smoothes over my hair over and over, calming me down. We sit there like that for what seems like a while but soon enough I am calm.
“Thank you for that” I said wiping the last of my tears from my cheeks.
“I have two sisters and even though they’re pretty tough, sometimes the world got to them and they just needed their big brother” he smiled. Oh no did he see me as his sister? I really hope not.
“You’re a good guy Tyler Seguin, no matter what the tabloids say about you” I grin.
“Oh so you’ve been reading the tabloids now have you?” he said matching my grin.
“Yeah but I don’t believe them” I said moving so that my head was lying on his chest again.
“Good” he whispered before we entered a comfortable silence.

Jamie POV

I was half asleep when Holly walked into our room, I couldn't really sleep well when I was too busy worrying about her.
"Everything okay?" I whispered.
"Yeah baby don't worry go back to bed" she answered while taking her socks off. Holly hated sleeping with socks on even if her feet are freezing. Instead I get the shock in the middle of the night of her cold feet pressing against my legs. She gives me a look and let out a lauging, giving her back her pillow which I had been clutching under my arm.
"You made my pillow warm" she said in fake annoyance.
"Sorry baby" I answer while wrapping my arm around her body and pulling her close to me. She smells like home and instantly I feel better knowing she's in my arms.
"I spoke with Sara" She whispers after a while.
"And?"
"I think she has to go back home" she says and I could hear the sadness in her voice. "She has a lot of stuff to deal with and her being here is her running away from it" she said and turned so that she was facing me.
"You help her do what you think is right" I said.
"I think I need to go back with her" she answers and I feel like the wind is knocked out of me. That was not what I was expexting.
