Sidney bothered Karly about meeting her Aunt, Uncle and cousins for a few days. Karly had been putting it off, but Sid had stopped taking 'no' for answer, so Karly made the plan that they'd all have lunch together. Karly was frantically running around their house, trying to get things set up. "Karly, just relax...you already have this guy...you don't need to impress him." Jasper said

"I want things to look nice, Jasp." Karly said as she placed the silverware on the table

"Karly, honey, you shouldn't worry too much." her aunt Caroline said

"Sorry...I just really like him and I want him to feel welcome." Kary said

Caroline smiled "We will make sure of that."

Just then there was a knock on the door. Karly smoothed out her shirt and answered it "Hey, Sid!"

"Hey, Karly." Sidney said smiling

"Come on in." Karly said leading him inside. Sidney slipped off his shoes and followed her "Aunt Caroline, Uncle Mitch. This is Sidney. Sidney this is my Aunt Caroline and my Uncle Mitch."

"It's very nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. van Slyck. You have a very lovely home." Sidney said politely as he shook each of their hands

"Oh it's Caroline and Mitch, dear, and it's nice to meet you." Caroline said

Sidney smiled "Thank-you, ma'am."

"Hey, I'm Jasper." Jasper said

Sidney shook his hand "Sidney." he said

"I'm Nikki! I'm a huge fan. You're such an amazing hockey player." Nikki said smiling

"Thank-you, Nikki. Karly tells me you'd like to meet the team...well after the game tomorrow, how would you like to come hang out with us?" Sidney asked

Nikki's mouthed dropped "Are you serious?! Yes!"

Sidney smiled "Great."

"Lunch is ready. We can all chat after we eat." Caroline said

After lunch, Sidney and Karly were heading over to her house. "Your aunt and uncle are very nice...do you think they liked me?"

Karly nodded "Nikki loved you for sure. She's all going crazy about what to wear."

Sidney laughed "She's a nice girl. I'm sure she'll love Max."

Karly smiled "Of course. So can you stay over for a bit?" she asked as he pulled into the driveway

Sidney nodded "I'm free all day...well I have to be home at a decent time so I can sleep."

Karly nodded "Of course...we can watch movies."

"Sounds good to me." Sidney replied following her inside

"I'll go get some movies. Help yourself to anything from the fridge." Karly said. Sidney nodded and Karly went into her room to find movies. "I just found random movies...I hope that's OK."

Sidney laughed "I don't mind what we watch, as long as I get to spend time with you."

"You're so sweet, Sid." Karly said giving him a quick kiss. Sidney pulled her closer and deepened the kiss. "So...um movies?" she said

Sidney smiled "Yep...so do you think I should tell the guys I'm bringing people to hang out with us?"

"You could...but why would you?" Karly asked

"So they act decent. We hockey players can be a bit...what's the word...inappropriate." Sidney said

Karly giggled "That'd be fun...you being indecent."

"Well not necessarily me...I'm a good boy." Sidney said seriously

Karly tried to keep a straight face, but she couldn't help but to laugh "Sid...you make me smile."

Sidney smiled "Then I'm doing my job."

Karly kissed him on the cheek, then rested her head on his arm to watch the movie.
