A few months went by, the Penguins were doing really well. It was the game before the Penguins got a small "winter break" to go home for the holidays. Karly was wearing a Crosby jersey and was sitting in her seat by Vero, Kelsey, and Oksana. Sidney smiled up at her from the ice and waved his stick at her. She smiled back and gave him a little wave. "You two are so cute! Are you guys doing anything for break?" Vero asked

Karly nodded "Going to his parents...I'm nervous about meeting them...what if they hate me?"

"They won't hate you. You're too awesome to hate and Sid is completely crazy about you. They approve of every thing he does." Vero assured her

Karly smiled "I hope so."

The game went really well for the Penguins and they won 8-2. After the game Karly went down to wait for Sidney. "Karly!" Nikki said from behind her

"Nik, what are you doing here?" Karly asked turning around

"Max invited me to hang out with him tonight! Isn't that great?!" Nikki said

"You've been talking to Max?! Why didn't you tell me?" Karly asked

Nikki shrugged "I forgot."

"That's so cool, though. We can totally double date sometime...maybe when Sid and I get back." Karly said

"That's right you're going to Nova Scotia with him." Nikki said

Karly nodded "Yep." Then they noticed some of the players heading out

"Hey!!!" Max greeted them. He hugged Nikki, then turned to Karly "You probably already know Sid takes forever, but I'm sure as soon as Brooks leaves."

"Oh ok." Karly said eying Max's arm, which was around Nikki's waist

Brooks came out "Hey, Karly!"

"Hey, Brooks!" Karly replied

"Sid said that if you were out here to tell you to go in." Brooks said

"Thanks, Brooks. Good game." Karly said

Brooks nodded "Thanks."

Karly smiled and headed into the room "Sid?" she called into the empty locker room. She heard the door click, then felt Sidney wrap his arms around her from behind.

"Hey." he said kissing her cheek "Good game, right?"

Karly nodded "Yes, now we have to get going so we can pack for our flight tomorrow." she said walking towards the door

Sidney pulled her back "We have time." he said with a sly smile

Karly smiled back "Do we now?"

"Mhm." Sidney said before kissing her, letting their tongues wrestle for a moment before planting a soft peck on her lips

"We should go back to my place." Karly breathed into his neck

Sidney nodded, grabbed his coat, and followed her out with his hand resting on the small of her back "I'm already packed by the way." he said with a laugh

Karly smiled "Mmm what a coincidence...so am I!"

Sidney smiled "Good." he whispered in Karly's ear giving her chills. After the seemingly short drive home Sidney opened the door for Karly and led her to the steps. She unlocked the door and pulled Sidney inside. He kissed her again and closed the door with his foot reaching around for a second to lock the door.

"Let's go up to my room." Karly said in between kisses

"Okay." Sidney said scooping her up into his arms and carrying her to her bedroom. Sidney kissed her one more time and sat her on her bed. Karly reached up and started undoing the buttons on his shirt. Sidney stopped her "Are you sure?" he asked looking into her eyes

"Sid...I've never been more sure of anything in my life...I want this." she assured him. Sidney gave her a smile and pulled her shirt off. Karly finished taking off his shirt, then pulled him onto the bed.

Sidney unbuttoned and unzipped her jeans and slowly slid them off. Then he undid his own pants and chucked them aside. He gave Karly a small smile before taking his boxers off, then sliding her panties off. He gave her one more kiss before sliding himself into her.

They made love until they were both physically warn out. They lay in bed together, still completely naked, wrapped in each other's arms. "You're amazing, Karly." Sidney said stroking her hair

Karly smiled "Thanks, Sid."

"I love you." he said

"I love you too." Karly replied

Sidney smiled, then kissed her on the forehead before falling asleep beside her. Karly snuggled against him and fell asleep.
