My Not So Extravagant Life

Lets just get one thing straight. I am in no means a Penguins fan. I am Flyers fan, born and eventually raised. Just because i basically knew the players, didnt mean i was ever going to cheer for them. Another thing is none of this would have ever happened if it wasnt for my cousin and his past with the Flyers. When he played, he played with Max Talbot, they became good friends, which then lead to me getting to know him very well. He always helped me with getting interviews and helping me through the day when things got rough. But im getting a bit ahead. Hes the reason Sid and I became an "Item." Hes the reason I started talking to him again. He is the reason i am writing this. And i know what some of you are saying, Ha this girl thinks she's dated Sidney Crosby. Well there's nothing you can say that i havent already heard. Try having him as your boyfriend while trying to finish junior and senior year at a high school where everyone judges you for anything and everything. It was hard some days waking up and going to school. But I always woke up and ended up smiling through the day. Well I guess I should start from the beginning... I dont really know why, but somehow I ended up with a bunch of hockey players being my friend on Facebook. And somehow Sid was one of them, well someone pretending to be him, anyway. Max messaged me to ask if i was friends with said person, and then told me that it wasnt actually Sid, but someone pretending to be him. He then told me that Sid had found out and had asked Max to let a few of the people know. His exact words were along the line of " someone on your friends list posing as one of my friends and the person on his team in charge of personal relations asked him to find out what's going on, but he hates facebook and doesn't have one so he asked me to do it for him. Sidney gave me a list of people on the fake person's list and you were in it. He basically asked me to tell those people that he is actually not on facebook at all. I guess he hates facebook that's why he asked me to tell everyone on the poser's list instead of doing it himself." Which then lead to a conversation about Sids relationship status and how he hates Social media, but Max said it could help with the relationship, but Sid wouldnt hear it. And all It took was me saying " Its easier to get through things with people than by yourself. Ive had a lot of injuries and I dont think id be where I am today without my friends, family and boyfriend." for Max to have Sid talk to me. And things get crazy from there.
