First Love - Part 2

It’s a few days before the opening game of the season. Maddie and James are cuddling on their bed.

James - I love you baby.
Maddie - I love you too.
James - We should be thinking names for our babies.
Maddie - Yeah we should.
James - Why don’t we name our little boy after Jordan?
Maddie - That’s a great idea but what about the little girl?
James - What’s your middle name babe?
Maddie - Phoebe
James - Wow that’s beautiful.
Maddie - So what do you think as Phoebe as the name for our little girl?
James - I love it.
Maddie - So Jordan and Phoebe it is then.
James - Are you going to be ok with me leaving for a few days?
Maddie - Yeah I’ll be fine. I’ll have Leslie stay here with me while you’re gone.
James - Ok, and we can video chat too.
Maddie - I would like that.

James then places his hand on Maddie’s stomach gentle rubs it. He smiles when he feels the twins kicking his hand.

James - Sure is amazing to feel our babies kicking.
Maddie - It sure is.
James - You ok babe?
Maddie - Yeah, I’m just kind of sleepy.
James - Then just close your eyes babe.
Maddie - Will you stay with me?
James - Of course babe.

Maddie closes her eyes and goes right to sleep. James smiles as he covers Maddie with the blanket that is on their bed. He wraps his arm around her. He watches her sleep for a little while until he falls asleep until later that night. Maddie wakes up and sees that James has already woken up. She gets out of bed and goes into the kitchen. She sees that James is making them dinner. She comes up behind James and wraps her arms around him.

Maddie - Aww, are you making us dinner?
James - Sure am babe.
Maddie - Aww, you didn’t have to do that.
James - I know but I figured you weren’t up to making dinner.
Maddie - Aww, that is so sweet.
James - You can set the table babe.
Maddie - Ok

Maddie sets the table. A little while later James dishes up dinner and then joins Maddie at the table. He takes a hold of Maddie’s hand and smiles.

James - I love you.
Maddie - I love you too.
James - Did you do something to your hair?
Maddie - No sweetie I didn’t.
James - Oh it just looks beautiful is all.
Maddie - Aww, that is so sweet.
James - I mean it. You are so beautiful.
Maddie - Aww

James reaches across the table and gives Maddie a kiss. They finish eating. Maddie helps James pick up the table. They then go into the living room and start cuddling for a little while. Maddie falls asleep a little while later. James then carries her to their bedroom. He gently puts her under the covers. He quietly gets ready for bed and then gets into bed. He scoots closer to Maddie and wraps his arms around her holding her close. He then falls asleep a short time later until the next morning. A few days pass. James has left for the weekend. Leslie is over at the house to keep Maddie company while James is gone. The girls are in the living room talking.

Leslie - You look like you could pop any day. When are you due?
Maddie - Not till April.
Leslie - Wow, I thought you were further a long then that.
Maddie - Well I am carrying twins.
Leslie - Sorry I totally forgot about that. You ok?
Maddie - I just miss James is all.
Leslie - Aww, why don’t you call him later?
Maddie - We’re going to video chat before bed.
Leslie - Aww, well that’s better then nothing.
Maddie - I couldn’t sleep last night without him beside me.
Leslie - Aww, doesn’t he have a shirt you could wear or sleep with till he comes home?
Maddie - I’m sure he does. I’ll ask him it’s ok if I steal one.
Leslie - Are you hungry at all?
Maddie - I’m going to heat up some chicken soup and have a ginger fruit smoothie.
Leslie - Oh, not feeling good hon?
Maddie - My stomach is a little upset.
Leslie - Aww, I’m sorry that you have had morning sickness this bad.
Maddie - That’s why I miss James cuz he rubs my stomach when I’m not feeling good.
Leslie - Aww, that’s really sweet.
Maddie - He was doing that a few nights ago and the twins were kicking his hand.
Leslie - Aww, have you thought of names for your babies?
Maddie - Jordan and Phoebe
Leslie - Aww, so you’re having one of each?
Maddie - Yes
Leslie - Aww, and you two will make wonderful parents to these babies.
Maddie - We hope so. We got the nursery all set up.
Leslie - You should try and eat something.
Maddie - I know I will.
Leslie - Good since you’re eating for three now.

Maddie gets up from the couch and goes into the kitchen. She heats up some soup and makes herself a smoothie. She eats and then goes upstairs and goes into her and James’s bedroom. She lays down on their bed. She starts falling asleep when her tablet goes off. She grabs it and smiles when she sees that it’s James wanting to say goodnight. She hit’s the talk button.

Maddie - It’s so good to see you. I miss you.
James - I know baby. I miss you too.
Maddie - This bed seems so empty without you.
James - I miss cuddling with you too babe.
Maddie - I couldn’t sleep last night.
James - Me either babe.
Maddie - Is it ok if I steal one of your shirts to sleep in?
James - Of course you can babe.
Maddie - I wish you were here to give me massage.
James - You achy babe?
Maddie - A little bit.
James - Well there’s a little surprise for you in the nightstand.
Maiddie - (Opens the nightstand drawer and sees an appointment card for a spa treatment) Wow, you set up a spa day for me tomorrow?
James - I sure did babe.
Maddie - Aww, you didn’t have to do that.
James - I know but you deserve to be pampered babe.
Maddie - Aww, thanks sweetie.
James - You’re welcome babe.
Maddie - I’m going to go try to get some sleep.
James - Ok babe. I’ll call you tomorrow.
Maddie - Ok, night sweetie.
James - Night babe. I love you.
Maddie - I love you too.

They hang up. Maddie gets up from the bed and goes over to James’s dresser and grabs one of his t-shirts. She puts it on and then gets back into bed. She falls asleep a short time later until the next morning. She wakes up and gets dressed. She goes into the kitchen and has a quick breakfast. She then heads to her spa appointment. She’s there for a couple hours and then heads back home. She curls up on the couch and decides to call James.

James - Hey baby. I was just about to call you.
Maddie - I just needed to hear your voice.
James - I miss you too. How was your spa day babe?
Maddie - It was wonderful. Thank you for booking it for me.
James - You’re welcome babe.
Maddie - When are you coming home?
James - After the game on Sunday.
Maddie -That’ll seem like forever.
James - I know but I promise you the days will go fast.
Maddie - I hope so cuz I want to be cuddling with you right now.
James - I want that too babe.
Maddie - I’m curled up on the couch right now wishing you were here.
James - I wish I was there too so I could be holding you in my arms.
Maddie - Do you think you can take me clothes shopping when you come home?
James - Sure babe.
Maddie - Good cuz the maternity clothes you first got me don’t fit anymore.
James - Well baby you’re further along now then you were when I got you the first batch of clothes.
Maddie - I guess you’re right. (She starts to cry) I’m just so fat and gross that nothing but your clothes fit me anymore.
James - Don’t cry baby. You’re not fat or gross. You’re beautiful baby.
Maddie - Do you mean that?
James - Of course I do. You’re the most beautiful woman in the whole world. I didn’t fall in love with you cuz of your looks baby. I love you for you.
Maddie - Aww, I love you too.
James - I’m going to head to lunch with some of the guys.
Maddie - Ok, will you call me later?
James - Of course baby. You sound tired baby.
Maddie - I guess I’m a little tired.
James - Then go take a nap honey.
Maddie - I think I will.
James - If you want you can wear my sleep pants.
Maddie - Aww, thanks sweetie.
James - You’re welcome babe.
Maddie - I’m going to go lay down.
James - Ok babe. I’ll talk to you later.
Maddie - Ok, I love you.
James - I love you too honey.

They hang up. Maddie sighs cuz she misses James a lot. She gets up from the couch and then heads to her and James’s bedroom. She goes over to James’s dresser. She grabs a pair of James’s sleep pants and. She puts them and the shirt she slept in on. She then crawls into bed. She’s asleep a short time later. A little while later Leslie pokes her head in to check on Maddie. She sees that Maddie is still asleep. She quietly leaves the room and closes the door. Maddie sleeps for a couple hours. She wakes up and goes out into the kitchen where she finds Leslie making them lunch.

Leslie - Feeling better?
Maddie - Yeah, the nap helped a little bit. I don’t feel as tired.
Leslie - Aww, wearing James’s clothes I see.
Maddie - Yeah his clothes are the only thing that fits me now.
Leslie - Aww, but I’m sure you’re comfortable wearing his stuff.
Maddie - Yeah I am. Plus wearing his stuff makes me miss him a little less.
Leslie - Aww, cuz his stuff has his scent on them.
Maddie - That’s right and his stuff smells so nice.
Leslie - He should take you shopping when he comes home.
Maddie - I asked him if he would when I called him.
Leslie - Aww, a shopping date.
Maddie - We haven’t really had a romantic date since I got pregnant.
Leslie - Aww, then you should when he comes home. You two need time alone before your babies come.
Maddie - I know we do. I wish I could just go and be with him.
Leslie - Aww, then go be with him.
Maddie - Is it safe to fly being pregnant?
Leslie - Aww, of course it is. As long as you’re not near your due date. So go if you want to be with your hubby.
Maddie - Alright I’ll do it.
Leslie - Aww, he’ll be so surprised to see you.

Maddie goes into the bedroom and packs a couple days worth of clothes as well as the sexy pink and black nighty she bought earlier in the day. She then uses her phone to book a flight to Philly. She then leaves for the airport. She boards her flight and a few hours later she’s in Philly. She gets in a cab and tracks down the hotel where the team is staying. She asks the lady at the front desk what room James is staying in. She gives Maddie a key to James’s room. Maddie gets on the elevator and presses the button for floor 4. She tracks down the room and uses the key. She goes in and closes the door quietly when she sees James sound asleep on the bed. She takes off her shoes and then goes over to the bed. She lays down next to James. She scoots close to him and wraps her arms around him holding him close. She falls asleep a short time later until later that night. James wakes up and is surprised to see Maddie sleeping next to him. He turns over to face her. He runs his fingers through her hair as he gives her a kiss. Maddie then wakes up and smiles.

James - I’m not dreaming am I?
Maddie - No, sweetie you’re not dreaming.
James - What are you doing here?
Maddie - I wanted to come be with you.
James - I’m so glad you did. I really missed you.
Maddie - I missed you too.

They begin looking into each others eyes and begin to kiss. James caresses Maddie’s cheek and smiles

James - I love you.
Maddie - I love you too.
James - Are you hungry at all?
Maddie - Yeah, I’m pretty hungry.
James - Wanna head down to the hotel restaurant and have something to eat?
Maddie - That sounds fine.
James - Alright lets go before it gets busy.
Maddie - Ok

They get up from the bed. James puts his shirt back on. He grabs his wallet and one of the room keys. He and Maddie then go down to the restaurant. They find a table away from everyone. They order drinks and food. As they’re waiting James takes a hold of Maddie’s and smiles.

James - I love you.
Maddie - I love you too.
James - I’m so glad you came to see me.
Maddie - I had to. I was missing you so much.
James - I missed you too baby.
Maddie - It’s nice getting some time alone.
James - It sure is.
Maddie - I have a surprise for you when we head back up to your room.
James - I like the sound of that.

Just then their food and drinks arrive. They eat and then James pays for dinner. They then go back up to James’s room. James goes over and lays down on the bed. Maddie grabs purple and black nighty from her bag and goes into the bathroom. She puts it on and then goes to join James on the bed.

Maddie - Well, what do you think?
James - Wow, you look so incredibly sexy baby.
Maddie - Do you really mean that?
James - Of course I do.
Maddie - Aww, I love you.
James - I love you too.

Maddie gets on top of James. They begin to kiss as they start tearing each other clothes off. James starts kissing gently biting Maddie’s neck. She begins to moan when James starts kissing others parts of her body.

Maddie - Oh James. Oh god James.
James - Oh Maddie. Oh god baby.
Maddie - Oh god that feels so good.
James - Oh baby you are so sexy.
Maddie - Oh James I want you so bad.
James - Oh Maddie baby I want you so bad too.
Maddie - Oh yeah right there.
James - Oh baby I love you.
Maddie - Oh James I love you too.

The sex continues until Maddie orgasms. Maddie gets off of James and lays her head on James’s chest and falls asleep. James smiles when he wraps arms around her. He gives her a kiss and then falls asleep a short time later until the next morning. The weekend comes and goes. James scores two goals in both games. They return to Pittsburgh later Sunday night. A month passes. It’s now Valentines Day.
