Later that night in Chicago, Patrick Kane is facetiming Corey Crawford on his iPad.
"Shaw has to know how, uhhhhh, to gain his balance," Crawford points out.
"I know, dude! Seriously! He always falls every second, man!" Patrick exclaims.
"Yea, I see him everyday, uhhhhhhh, doing a failed tap dance."
"He doesn't tap dance, dude!"
"Well, uhhhhhh, it seems like it when he falls."
"Haha!!! Man, we gotta do something about it, dude!"
"No, uhhhhh, it's his trademark!"
Patrick starts laughing hard.
Then Patrick's front door opens.
"I'll be right back, Corey man. Someone's coming in, dude."
"Okay. Uhhhhh, bye!" Crawford hangs up.
Patrick presses the home button and turns off his iPad. He spins around in his chair, seeing who came in.
Kari is standing in the doorway. "Hi, Patrick!" He waves at him and walks into the house.
"Oh, great, dude, the fangirl's here," Patrick mutters under his breath.
Kari crosses his arms, giving him a sassy look. "What did you just say?"
"Nothing," Patrick says sternly. "But what are you doing here?"
"Oh, ummm...just grabbing something--" Footsteps echoing from the hallway interrupts Kari's sentence. Kari gasps. "Do you hear that?" Kari's blue eyes open wide with fear.
"Uh, yea, dude..."
Kari crosses his arms again, making an impatient look.
"Errr...I'll go check it out." Patrick gets up and walks over to the hallway.
There, he found Ryan kneeling, tying his shoe.
"What are you doing here, dude?" Patrick asks Ryan.
Ryan looks up. "Oh, I was just about to...ATTACK!!!" Ryan jumps up and starts throwing knives at Patrick.
Patrick turns invisible and starts dodging them, shooting arrows at Ryan. "Get a load of this, Miller!" He shoots a big arrow at Ryan, making him trapped in an ice cube. "Now you end up like Jimmy!"
"NOOOOOOO!!!" Kari screams. He flies at Patrick and strikes him with light.
Patrick starts swaying back and forth in slow-motion. "Ohhhhhhhhh...myyyyyyyyyyy...I feeeeelllllll...sooooooo...weeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiirrrrd..." He falls on the ground, face down.
Kari looks down at Patrick with a weird look. "Wow. That's the first time I see someone reacting to my powers like that."
Ryan cuts through the ice and and escapes. "Why can't I be the one to knock 'em out?"
Kari looks at his fingernails. "Because, I'm awesome like that."
Ryan growls. "I'm gonna talk to Jimmy about this." He begins to walk towards the exit of the house.
"Hey! Aren't you gonna help me take him?!"
"Fine." Ryan walks back to Kari.
"Awesome. Three down, one to go." Kari smiles evilly with Ryan.
