Dangeruss & Tazer

Russell Wilson, Jonathan Toews, Patrick Sharp, and Michael Robinson stood on the sidewalk, in front of Marcus Kruger’s apartment. They were devastated about the loss of an important centerman to Chicago. Marcus probably didn’t mean to get caught in the cross hairs. And Jonathan wanted to know who had killed him and why. He was certain it had something to do with Patrick Kane, but what had he done and why?

Surely there was a reason why he ended up dead in his apartment and it wasn’t suicide. Marcus wasn’t that kind of person. No, it was murder!

“So, who killed Krugs? It wasn’t himself, right Johnny?” Patrick spoke up. He had pocketed his camera and was behaving himself. It was rare to see the emotional and serious side of the prankster.

“It’s got to be tied to Kaner’s disappearance!” the Seattle quarterback exclaimed.

“Kaner’s kidnapping?” Patrick questioned.

“Yeah.”

“But how? How is Marcus involved with Kaner and his kidnapping?” the Blackhawk captain thought out loud.

“That’s what we have to find out!” Russell stated.

“One thing’s for certain though,” Jonathan spoke.

“What’s that?” both recorders asked, curiously.

Chicago’s leader looked to the sky and sighed, before focusing on the two excited tech-hounds. “Sharpy and Mike, please stay out of our business. We don’t want you two - as much as you annoy us - we don’t want you two getting caught in this!”

“We’ll behave! Please? For Blackhawks TV?” Patrick whined.

“For the Real Rob Report?” Mike added on.

Russell and Jonathan shared a “can you believe this” look with one another. Then they both slowly nodded.

“Alright, but can we use you as more of the information, go-to people?” Russell suggested.

“Ooh like the techies on television shows and movies?” Patrick exclaimed, rather joyously.

“Yeah!”

“Fine by me, how about you, Sharpy?”

Patrick nodded, eagerly.

“Great, so you two can work together to gather information for us. And in fact you both can work on analyzing and decoding The Blood Brother’s challenge message from the news.”

“Okay!”

“We’re going to check out Marcus’ backstory and try to learn what happened to him.”

“Right!”

“Let’s go team!” Russell shouted.

The two cops bolted to their vehicle and left. Patrick and Mike walked off to their car, which was...surprise, surprise a technological van. They hopped into the front seats, with Patrick taking the wheel. And they too headed off.
