Summary
Savannah Decker has learned that most guys are threatened by a woman of authority, especially one that knows how to shoot a gun and take out the bad guys. She just got a job with the DEA that has finally reunited her with her twin sister in Dallas. When Dallas Stars playboy Tyler Seguin starts talking to her, she knows he's about to be in for a shock when he realizes she's not like other women, and she's not going to play damsel in distress and let him save her. If he really wants to be with her, he's going to have to give up his natural dominant male ways and allow her to be the alpha.
Characters
Alex Dayton
28, photographer. Dating Jamie Benn. She's been best friends with Savannah and Shea since middle school. Alex tends to be the one in the group who thinks things through ahead of time and doesn't make rash decisions.
Audrey Mitchells
30, veterinarian. Dating Shea Decker. Audrey is a little more soft spoken than Shea, but the two of them are the perfect pair. Audrey gets a lot of business from the Stars' players with their pets, and cares for each one like they're her own.
Dominic Gregory
36, DEA agent. One of two members on Savannah's main team. He's been working with the Dallas DEA for over ten years and likes to take charge. Respects Savannah but still likes to tell her what to do.
Jamie Benn
28, captain of the Dallas Stars. Dating Alex Dayton. He's best friends with his teammate Tyler Seguin and former teammate and brother Jordie Benn. He's very well spoken and the leader of the team, with everyone respecting whatever he says, even if they don't want to follow his words of wisdom sometimes.
Liam Nichols
26, DEA agent. One of two members on Savannah's main team. It's his first year as a DEA agent. Smart and very detail oriented, he's a great asset to the Dallas team.
Savannah Decker
29, DEA agent. She has been living in Chicago for the past three years, working for the Chicago PD. But, she just got a job with the DEA in Dallas. Sassy and not afraid of a challenge, Savannah speaks her mind and almost always has a Jack and Diet Coke in her hand at night.
Shea Decker
29, marketing director for Southwest Airlines. Dating Audrey Mitchells. Shea and Savannah have the classic twin telepathy, even though Savannah has been living in Chicago for the past three years.
Tyler Seguin
25, center on the Dallas Stars. He has a silly crush on Shea Decker until he meets her twin sister, Savannah, who he completely falls for. He's loud and rowdy but has a heart of gold. He's used to being the center of attention.
